I am not a whiskey drinker, or even a drinker drinker. But Andy let me sample one of their Sugar whiskeys (I may not have that exactly right) and I have to say, I'm in. I will be back. It was the smoothest drink I've ever had.

Sugarshine Cocktail recipe below!Had a very nice experience when I visited last week. Doire has a quaint storefront with nice displays of all their products, as well as a nice tasting area. This distillery offers every type of distilled liquor out there: Gin, Whiskey (Rye+Bourbon), Tequilla, Vodka, Rum, Moonshine... all of it.
