This location lost a customer yesterday. Their manager, Diane, harasses regular customers just because they are teenagers. And on top of that, the place is always dirty, understaffed, and the food is overpriced and disgusting. You can get better hospital food elsewhere.

DONT GO HERE! There's a worker named Diane who is extremely rude. A kid grabbed 3 spoons and forks and was told he was stealing them when he said he was using them for his food and than she yanked them out of his hands and threw it in the trash. She said she's gonna report him to the school. She's a heavier set lady with grey hair. She was very rude when taking my order. She had a very bad attitude and needs to be put in her place. I will not support a company that acts like this.
Not bad, a bit pricy for salads but they are usually descent. I wish the butter was not almost frozen, I put butter on my bagels but it's hard to spread when it's that cold.

The food and service here are great. I'm giving this place a low rating because the managers here absolutely berate their staff. I have been here a few times a week over the last few weeks and there's always some manager yelling at people and being very aggresive. I feel so bad for the employees here. If the district manager sees this, please do better for these employees and get better management. No one deserves a working environment like this.As a customer I don't even want to spend time here with all the yelling and agression. Latest occurence of this behavior was 11/7 around 8:10pm.

I ordered a broccoli soup and salad.The soup was very watery and they gave me the wrong salad. I would have brought it back but I’m 15 miles away.Very disappointed in this and won’t go back to the Derry NH one again.
