Ordered a few pizzas to share with co-workers and everything I tried was fantastic! Order was ready when we arrived for pick up and everyone agrees this is now a top choice for pizza.

Came here on a Saturday evening and to my surprise the wait was less than 20 min, usually on the weekends and especially on Fridays if you're not ordering online by 1630 you won't get a pizza ordered because the wait is sooo long due to only having one oven but trust me it's all worth it in the end. There's ample parking for them and there's parking across the street if you can't get something right in from of the restaurant. Let's get down to the food.. Ordered the mozzarella sticks as appetizers and boy were they super cheesy. I mean those bad boys made me choke by how cheesy they were lol. Jo's Cheese- was really good. It had the right amount of cheese and the under side of the pizza was well cooked. My daughter who's a cheese pizza fanatic really enjoyed it. The butcher- this pie was the highlight for me.. it has everything you need from pepperoni, bacon and ground steer.. what else is really needed with all that meat?? The flavor was amazing especially with how they burn your pepperoni but not really and it has that little crisp to it. Sooo yummy.. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this pizza joint.

Great pizza, best in Derry. Gets busy, so plan accordingly but the vibe is chill and the food is great.

Visited some friends in the Manchester area and we hit up this place based on the Yelp reviews and man it did not disappoint. Perfect thin and crisp crust with a nice balance of sauce and toppings. The cupped pepperonis on one of our pizzas was the real deal. Dave, go grab Frankie, because this place should not be missed.

Great atmosphere with a boho style relaxing vibe! Service was very friendly and quick. The sad part was they did not have a few of the things we initially wanted to order, including a certain beer and some pepperoni for pizza. But, Chicken bacon ranch pizza was amazing and the Christmas three wishes and nutcracker drinks kicked ass. I would've given five stars had they had the beer and pizza we wanted initially, But overall, it was great!

Stopped by with a friend for an early-ish dinner before a show. Great looking dining room. I mean, really great. Service was very slow. Dining room wasn't crowded, still took a while for the server to come by. We were hungry and on a schedule, so we placed our full order - mozz sticks and drinks asap and then a meatball sub and a Lenny Pep for mains. We waited for almost 20 minutes. Then everything came to the table at once. At this point, we were due to meet with our friends at the venue in 30 minutes, so we asked for a pizza box and the check immediately. The server seemed overwhelmed even though the dining room was still less than half full. The food was not hot. The mozz sticks had no pull. They probably would have been excellent if they had been served when hot. Marinara dip was tasty, but room temp. The sub and pizza looked great, but the meatballs were barely warm. The crust on the pizza was way too thin - like a cracker, and no flavor. That was no surprise since they boast about making their dough every day - dough develops flavor over time. The pepperoni was excellent. But overall the pie was a letdown. The server swung by as we were packing up to ask if we wanted to try some "hate cake". What is hate cake? Evidently, it is a slice of chocolate cake with an actual bad review attached to it. Like from a customer who didn't have a good experience. So I guess not good experiences are the selling point here? We declined. Anyway - we won't go back. Like I said, the dining room is nice.

Had a nice experience here yesterday with my young daughter. Calzone with bacon, sausage, spinach, red sauce, and a meatball sub. Both were extremely delicious. The nonalcoholic drink selections were a bit limited. They did not have unsweetened ice tea or lemonade. I would describe the place as a hip bar with excellent food. My seven year old daughter and I enjoyed the Bob Ross TV channel on in the background. Staff and patrons were very friendly. We'll be back. I would rate it higher if they offered more options for drinks.

Had a chuckle at the "best pizza" reviews. It's good pizza no doubt, but far from being the best ever. I'll definitely be back to try other items.

The Ricochet saves the day! Busy Mom life, I ordered takeout this evening and the service was above and beyond by even bringing it to my car so I didn't have to unload my toddlers. To top it off the food was amazing as always!

A bit pricey, but excellent pizza. The meatlovers was especially good. Size-wise, maybe a little smaller than a large compared to most other places.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at The Ricochet, and while there were some areas that could use improvement, there were also aspects that made the experience somewhat favorable. Let's start with the food, which I must say was pretty good. The menu offered a decent selection, and the dishes we ordered were flavorful and well-prepared. The ingredients used were of good quality, and the presentation was appealing. It's clear that the chefs at The Ricochet know how to create delicious meals that satisfy the palate. However, I must address the service, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. While the staff was friendly, the timing of our meal was rather disappointing. A couple who arrived after us was served and finished their meal before our appetizers were even delivered. Furthermore, our main courses came out at different times, which disrupted the flow of our dining experience. It was clear that there were some organizational issues in the kitchen or with the serving staff that need to be addressed to ensure a more efficient and timely service. Moving on to the atmosphere, it was just okay. Upon arrival, we were told to seat ourselves, which was a bit surprising for a restaurant. The ambiance was decent enough for a casual meal, but it didn't particularly stand out. The decor was pleasant, and the noise level was manageable, allowing for conversation without excessive background noise. While The Ricochet may have its shortcomings, it's important to acknowledge that experiences can vary, and perhaps we encountered an off day. The quality of the food was definitely a redeeming factor, and with some improvements in terms of service efficiency and timing, it has the potential to create a more enjoyable dining experience for its patrons.

Really love this place! Some of my all time favorites are the chicken tenders, with Buffalo and blue cheese for dipping. Onion rings are a must! And I absolutely love their pizza. Looking forward to trying one of their salads and sandwiches in the near future. It's cute in here. It looks like it belongs in a high end city, and not just Derry. Which is one of the reasons I truly love it. It catches you off guard. I think the owners are doing a fantastic job. They don't have very much staff, but it's nice to see them all working hard on each visit.
