Called the day of my birthday dinner to make a reservation for 8 people. Shannon got back to me right away and was able to get us in for 6:30 the same night. We were seated as we arrived, offered drinks (their drinks are so good! I had the mint mudslide, so yum!), shared two orders of "the dip" which is the best corn dip I've ever had and it comes with their house made potato chips. Fantastic chef and service. Such an unexpected gem. The menu has a mix of appetizers and main courses for all tastes, all served with great presentation. The service was so professional and attentive. In terms of atmosphere-The brick walls and original mill features are inviting The teal paint is a bit distracting but doesn’t impact the quality meals of course. Just try it out!!!
Decided on a date night with my husband and as usual, Diverge didn’t disappoint!!! I’ve never had a bad meal here and usually recommend it as one of my favorites in Dover. I had the salmon and risotto, which were cooked to perfection! The salmon was slammin! The dessert was decadent!Nick was an outstanding server and the hospitality was off the hook!!!
