I placed our order online, received several messages that let me know when it was being prepared and by whom, and also letting me know when the driver was 2 minutes away. Thanh delivered our food nice and hot , so quickly and his demeanor was wonderful. 11/10 happy, as always, with our Dover Dominoes.

Lovely atmosphere, nice and quiet, they gave me a free ranch, and they were nice to us even though my toddler locked the bathroom key in the bathroom. Lol. Great food and people overall my son loves it. We live in Rochester and come to dover for this one specifically!

Moved here from Florida... The Domino's in Florida is disgusting. Ordered here in Dover on a whim, was blown away by the quality and how well everything tasted absolutely love the store the food is amazing and the delivery is fast.
Ordered online and the wait was 35-45 mins. I called directly into the store to ask for an item to be cooked extra, the gentleman said “it should come out fine the way it is, we won’t cook it longer but if we did the order will take about an hour to complete because we are busy right now” well, I passed on waiting that long but sure enough 1.25 hours later and the food I ordered hasn’t even been put in the oven. Horrible experience

I waited for over an hour for my pizza. Ordered at about 6:30PM and my order didn’t go into the oven until 7:35PM. The workers are rude. When I said that I had been waiting over an hour, a woman yelled “We’re over an hour behind.” The guy behind the counter would not speak up whenever someone would talk to him and he did not do anything besides stand there. I have never had a good experience here, but this is by far the worst.

Such amazing staff here, we ordered for pickup and the mixed up our pizza, they caught it before we even noticed! Thankfully we were only a street over turned around and returned it. They were super busy, mistakes happen! But they corrected it almost immediately and apologized multiple times. They were super sweet! I have never had an issue with this dominos and they're always amazing!

Always get pick up as it is quicker- 5 kids to feed. Yesterday returned home and a piece of cheese pizza had hair in it. Needless to say, we order the exact amount we need, so someone was not very happy. I am very disappointed in them for this, as this is a very big health concern.
