I work nearby and visit this location a lot.But that will definitely be changing.I’ve tried to deal with it, kept making up texting my mind on why they are so rude.Not all of them, but two in particular are the worse.1.) I’m not one to make bad reviews but waiting 20 mins in line, both my bagels were asked to have the cream cheese on the side which was not the case and the ONE coffee I ordered, was made wrong. I respect young people working but pay attention and listen to what the customer is asking for.
