Did it all with a smile. News was well received by most (including myself). Chicken curry sandwich was the best I’ve had there. The Granny Smith apple slices provide a tart and bright crunch to contrast the savory and flavorful (not spicy) curry chicken salad. The focaccia bread was the icing on the cake. From out of town and happened to stop here on the way home from a hike - the curry chicken sandwich was absolutely superb - so balanced, fresh and flavorful! The Ali Baba sandwich was also a hit, the spicy feta especially was delicious. And the sweater weather latte was the perfect post-fall-hike pick-me-up. Great music, too! I don't write a lot of reviews but felt compelled by how lovely our experience here was!

This is more than a Cafe a true dining experience. 3 of us had lunch each with a totally different dish. The portions were far larger than we expected only exceeded by the taste. The quality of the food makes us look forward to coming back eventhough it is 45 minutes from home. A fantastic health food store is next door with a large variety of food and health supplements.

EHK is simply amazing! Any meal I’ve had there is delicious with fresh ingredients but I’m especially fond of the Banh Mi Bowl; the flavors are unbelievable! Service is always phenomenal & there’s a selection for the entire family. Just wished we lived closer to enjoy this spot more!

Super good healthy food and smoothies, best in Dover for sure. You guys should expand to downtown! There’s little competition for healthy food and I think you’d do really well. I’d come way more often if I could walk there.

I have been a long time frequent flyer of EHK. George and the team don't disappoint. You never have to question if what you are eating is fresh, and everything I have tried has been delicious. This is the closest restaurant in the area to a "farm-to-table" type of feel with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Some of my go-to items include the power plate, avocado toast, and spicy boi sandwich. The smoothies and bowls are amazing as well. I highly recommend to anyone who is health conscious or a foodie.

Was in the area for a wedding and am so glad we came here to grab breakfast! The food was delicious, fresh and high quality. The staff was very friendly and the Life Blood juice was just what my body needed! Would come back again anytime we are in the area, the lunch menu looked even better.
