i can appreciate them always getting orders correctly but waiting over 20 minutes in a drive thru is insane. i understand being short staffed but i feel like it still shouldn’t take so

This was the last straw. Had not enjoyed a shamrock shake in years, so I swung by for that and some fries. The drink looked a bit small to me, the large fry was half filled, and yet the price was $11!!! Didn't even order a burger for crying out loud! I will NEVER spend money at a McDonald's again.

My daughter and I went to dover mcdonalds last night about 7:00. We had just left the hospital after a procedure and decided a hot fudge sundae was needed. The drive through was backed up but we were in no hurry. First people at the window were professional and nice. Got to the second window, and as I drove up I looked at the window, and this young lady is standing there with my daughters soda with the biggest smile. Like an excited to see us smile. She was so sweet and friendly. She handed us our sundaes and wished us a great night. I don't know her name, but I have to say after a stressful evening at the hospital, and a long line at the drive thru, she made both mine and my daughters night. I wish I got her name, but thank you young lady. In situations that stressful, the fact you can be that pleasant, you will go places.

Ordered 1 Quarter pounder, waited 25 minutes having ordered in advance. My Quarter pounder was cold. What did I wait for? I watched other people place larger orders and receive them in the lobby in the time I was there. I waited 25 minutes, my single was obviously not fresh. I waited 25 minutes for somebody to move an old item from one counter to the next. This is not the first time this has happened.

3rd shift is the worst and has been for years now. You literally sit here for 40 minutes every single time. It’s mind blowing how this is even happening every single time. Hire more ppl or just close because it’s ridiculous.
