Honestly its Panera, and i love their bagels. Only complaint i have is that when i order a bakers dozen sliced they literally NEVER slice them (this is the panera I always stop at). I get they last longer this way, but i order them sliced and they never actually slice them. Why have the option if they arent going to do it?

This location has a great team. Every time I go there in the mornings I get nothing but great service. Caitlyn and Maggie are some of the awesome staff there that provides great customer service. They amongst all of the staff there are the ? best.

Ordered a half grilled cheese and a bowl of tomato soup. Soup was great but the sandwich was a cold cheese sandwich on untoasted bread. Asked three people for a spoon and had to explain to each that the self service utensil drawers were empty.

I have been to the Dover Panera several times, thinking items missing from my order was a mishap. Unfortunately, its a regular occurrence. I always get salads to go. I usually end up with no dressing or no chicken on my salad. This has happened numerous times. I've called a few times and get, sorry, you're welcome to come back. But, when you're home for the night, i think no one wants to go back out.Are salads now like soup? Do they come in a cup and bowl sizes? My salads are extremely small portioned at this location. I must be ordering the cup of salad.I did stop using the Dover Panera. Main complaints...1. Missing ingredients/items2. Food portions not consistent3. Curbside means... wait until everyone leaves the restaurant, then we will bring yours out. It doesn't matter where you fall in the order.

The food is good but the service is terrible. I understand workers don’t get paid much to do their job in a timely fashion but three strikes and I’m out. Messing up orders seemingly on purpose and long waits. Good luck in this place, I won’t be back.
