pharmacy app since the "conversion" on 11/8/23 is useless. Neither I nor my wife can see any scripts issued since said conversion. Trying to create a new acct using a script number issued post 11/8 gives an error that the data supplied is in error.. (it isnt).. support isnt able to resolve this after 2 months of regular contact asking for solutions..

Terrible experience!! I was delivered rotten turkey breast. Rancid, gray, slimey turkey. I paid $13 a pound fresh from the deli. When I called to complain, a young, unexperienced girl came to the phone. Telling me.. yeah, no problem. You called the right department. We can help you with that refund. Then she days. Ok, your gift card will be mailed. I said... Excuse me?... No. I dont want a gift card. I want a refund. She couldn't help me any longer so she transfers me to a manager named Zachary. He was NO HELP either. He e plains to me again that unless I want to come all the way back to the store for a refund, he couldn't help me. When I explained my unhappiness, he only said.. Well, call Instacart then. Maybe they will help you better. He was rude and acted very meanly towards me and my concerns. I beleive that Hannaford needs yo train their employees better in customer service. And stop sending gift cards. No one wants those. Refund me when I ask!

Near empty shelves, undercooked rice, underwhelming flavor. It was definitely not made same day. The quality of the fish was decent, thus not receiving one star.

The shopping experience here has been trending downward since they removed the organic food section. Throughout 2020 they have appeared to have ordering or supply chain issues. When other stores were replenished regularly again, this Hannaford always seemed to be out of things we wanted to the point where we took most of our business elsewhere even though this store is much closer. In a pinch for sweet potatoes for the holiday last week, we ran there to stock up. Less than a full week later and they are rotten. Expect that from MB because in many cases they are sacrificing quality produce for lower cost - but not from Hannaford - at least the way it used to be run. Pretty disappointing.

This has to be the worst managed hannaford on the planet. Stopped by for there for 5.99 lobster sale. Guess what, we have none. You might want to stock what you advertise. Overall rude employees, both deli and seafood. Suggestion, shop somewhere else.

*THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE HOT FOODS/SUSHI * Taste: the wings and tenders are just ok for frozen reheated fast service food. Mac and cheese the same. What is going on with this place.......skyrocketed prices, empty shelves and poor management apparently. Produce is disgusting between rotting fruit and dented apples.........tomatoes have holes, bendable zucchini...........deli has grouchy employees.........wthell! Market Basket here i come!

Great selection of products and very fresh produce. They can be pricey, but they are more competitive on many items now. The only downfall here is that the meat "onsale", Steak especially is usually not on par with the regular stuff. Food overall is over priced, MB has went up. I share my food dollars between Hannaford and MB. Walmart is ok for cereal and some grocery items. Overall there are some great values and there are some great Associates.

Had the best customer service at this store today! Everything seemed okay when checking out (well, except for 5 people in line and only one register open, other than two 14-items-or-less express lanes which none of us could use). As I was going to the car, I happened to glance at the receipt and noticed that I'd been overcharged for some bread, $4.99 instead of $3.99. Yes expensive, but it's a really yummy German rye from a bakery in Toronto and we get it so rarely. Trundled back in to the customer service desk. The gentleman there was new to the job and had to wait for his supervisor to help him with a credit. She actually said to give me a refund for the whole $15! I was only expecting $3 back, but instead got my bread for free! Wasn't the initial cashier's fault, because it scanned in at the wrong price and I didn't notice at the time. The customer service associate admitted that he wasn't sure if this was standard practice, but I'm sure not complaining! Thank you, Hannaford! :))

Agree with other reviews on the store... good selection and service, but pricey. The PHARMACY however is a pain to navigate. The rules of dropping off and picking up prescriptions, seems to change. Show ID and pick up one time, but on the next time, you need to show ID at drop off. What?? Make up your mind. Have a policy and stick with it. Sometimes I'm asked for an ID, sometimes I'm not.

I like this Hannaford's! It has lots of interesting New England local items, especially its cheese selection and its fresh produce. The "Home 360" and "My Essentials" in-store brands are excellent quality at competitive prices. I visited this store on a busy Saturday afternoon, and the staff were all extra-polite and very friendly - very impressive! I live 30 minutes away from this supermarket but I'm looking forward to going to it again because I got such a good impression and had a very pleasant shopping experience!

I real nice store with all the bells whistle and the super departments. I rarely shop here but stop in from time to time if I am passing through the area and need to get a few items. The prices, however are way overpriced. They are in line with Shaw's. I must be spoiled by Market Basket's low prices. Hannaford does have some interesting and unusual produce which I am always pleased to find. The parking lot here is a nightmare.
