“Great Dunkin’s location. They always have their mobile order on for the inside which is very helpful to someone that doesn’t have time to wait in the drive thru. My drink is always made perfect, and when I put my mobile order in they have it done in minutes! Great job epping dunkin.“
“Great experience. Employees are friendly and helpful though the management of which the drinks come out isn't the greatest but that's mostly forgiven due to the fact it's really the customers not paying attention for causing this “
“I visit this Starbucks 3+ times a week, and have NEVER had an order messed up! I love it here! But today, I went in on a Sunday morning and saw just three poor employees scrambling at full speed to try and fulfill orders! One employee whose name tag said Anna was literally RUNNING around, and was the only one there to make drinks for the drive thru, in store orders AND mobile orders! They are so lucky to have her there but the company needs to improve their working conditions, many of us felt bad for her but some still complained. I hope Anna and coworkers can get a big raise and more staff to help them. Any other food chain would have closed the store down with such low staffing, yet those 3 worked through it (probably not by choice, unfortunately, but still!)“
“I stop here once in a while when I'm passing through in my big rig. There are a few spots for busses, campers, and big rigs..It's clean people seem nice, their food is usually hot and good. Sometimes, the fries aren't so hot but definitely haven't gotten cold fries.And there shake machine works every time I want a chocolate shake with whipped cream..Unlike other mc Donald's I go to just for a chocolate shake, and the machines are usually not working.“
