Quite literally the best customer service I have ever experienced. Never before in my life have I met workers that are so friendly and helpful. I come here all the time and the quality never disappoints. I want to give a shoutout to Preston, who might be the most accommodating and friendly person I've ever met. It's a shame I can't rate the service higher than 5/5

I love Starbucks but I have been standing at the counter for waiting for my online order. I am being totally ignored by the staff.And now a staff member says ‘Oh I forgot to warm it, please get it from the fridge and pass it to me’. Really? 15 minutes after it was meant to be ready.

Hate how you have to answer a tip question when you pay with credit. They look to the screen to see if you tip or not, and then the attitude changes. I made a choice to drive to get coffee, and they all make above minimum wage, so why tip? It is terrible that it is allowed and

I like the dark roast coffees and if you also like dark roast coffee you should go before 9am because they throw the coffee out or they run out of it and won't make any more.Service is usually good and atmosphere is good as well

I visit this Starbucks 3+ times a week, and have NEVER had an order messed up! I love it here! But today, I went in on a Sunday morning and saw just three poor employees scrambling at full speed to try and fulfill orders! One employee whose name tag said Anna was literally RUNNING around, and was the only one there to make drinks for the drive thru, in store orders AND mobile orders! They are so lucky to have her there but the company needs to improve their working conditions, many of us felt bad for her but some still complained. I hope Anna and coworkers can get a big raise and more staff to help them. Any other food chain would have closed the store down with such low staffing, yet those 3 worked through it (probably not by choice, unfortunately, but still!)

Every time with out fail the wait for drinks is over 30 minutes! Never again! There needs to be some form of leadership in the building to prioritize and provide support. It isn't the poor baristas busting their butt but the whole process is broken. 30 people waiting in the lobby but there's 30 random drinks that no one is taking sitting on the counter

Unfortunately, this location just can't seem to get it together. They can't seem to keep good people. Always, a new manager because they don't stick around. Due to this, the store is under staffed, inventory is a mess, and the consistency is lacking. Very sad!
