“As far as Dunkin donuts goes, This one definitely beats all in the area. I have a pretty complex order because I am lactose intolerant, And they have never once messed up my Order. If you know dunks, Then you know how incredible that is! If you happen to be passing guy or getting gas on your way through the town then I would definitely suggest that you stop in or hit the drive-through for your favorite drink. You won't regret it.“

“I just happen to be coming in very late into their service, and rather than denying me, the entire staff excitedly welcomed me in with open arms. They were actively working on a new drink and asked if I wanted to try one, I was so excited that I ended up buying that plus something else! While I was enjoying their lovely new creations, the staff were all incredibly friendly and communicative. I'm not in the area often, but I will definitely make this a return trip should I find myself around again!“

“The staff are just lovely, helpful and sweet young ladies. A very good selection of confectionery. More drive thru than restaurant. The dining area was Spartan and there were no toilets. Savories and lunches available also. Well worth a stop.“

“I went here today in my travels after getting a disgusting iced coffee from Dunkin in Baldwinville, minutes away from this location. I decided to go inside, because the drive thru line was huge. I had a very friendly & polite young male sales associate (who had light hair & wore glasses) service me at the counter. I asked him if he would mind remaking my awful iced coffee from the other Dunkin & he agreed to do so with a smile & great sense of humor as well. The coffee he made (remade) for me was excellent, hazelnut extra extra iced. I will be back to this particular location for delicious iced coffee & great customer service! Would highly recommend to anyone passing through Winchendon.“

“Placed a mobile order to the wrong location. I wasn’t able to make it to that one before work, so I called and asked if I could come get it during my break. I expected to get a watered down ice coffee but to my surprise the workers had remade it! So pleased with how much they cared. :)“
