“This is an A++++ Taco Bell. Friendly staff, excellent fast service, the food is hot and taste great. Gold Standard as another reviewer posted. I wish my local Portland, Maine area Taco Bells were half as good as this Laconia, NH location.“

“Okay so I can't rank atmosphere as I only do take out. When this place is on point there food is top notch. Can not beat it anywhere. However Everyone local knows this so if you do take out except a long weight. Also sometimes the phone just rings and rings. Not sure why.“

“Mobile order. Confirmed @ 10:13. Lady w blonde hair/bun on top said they didn't have a mobile order. My granddaughter was home watching something on my phone when I left, so I left my phone at home. Went back home to get it, bun lady took her sweet time coming to the counter and when she did, I showed her my order number. She said breakfast was over. I said the order was confirmed at 10:13. No more breakfast she said, it's past 10:30. I said, I've already paid. As she clicked a key on the register she said: that's fine, it will refund your card. She offered no recourse for their error, and was okay with meleaving the restaurant without food. My order totaled nearly 26 dollars.“

“The food here is almost always great, and you can’t beat the evening view you get in seat 116 (the one right next to the register). I work grill here, and I have to say, despite my occasional internal complaints, I’m pleased with the job. I most look forward to the free meals I get for every shift I work, but it makes me happy to know that every day that I clock in, I get to make some pretty good food for lots of folks.The reason I’m giving only 4 stars on the service is because the registers are often unattended, but that’s it. I’d advise making a mobile order, as it automatically enters the system without any hassle whatsoever. All in all, I’d rate it a 9.5/10. Pretty good for fast food.Kid-friendliness: It’s a very kid friendly place, and there isn’t much more to it than that. Almost every employee, even on a bad day, tries their best to maintain a kind outward appearance.Wheelchair accessibility: It has several ramps, as well as tables with removable seats so that people in wheelchairs can pull right up. The kiosks might be a bit hard to reach, at least regarding the upper screen, but otherwise it’s entirely wheelchair accessible.“
