why is there a live bug in my friends sandwich and when she called to tell them they hung up on her after she said there was a bug in it and they repeated it back to her and then refused to pick up the phone again.

Waited over minutes just to be notified at the counter. Apparently every one was on break. Ordered two burgers too go. When I arrived at my destination a few minutes later both were cold, not even close to warm. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

My fiancé and I went there and it was TERRIBLE and DISGUSTING. The staff were fighting in the back there was trash EVERYWHERE only one person was wearing gloves out of the seven of them, they were very rude and were openly trash talking about us while we were right in ear shot and then looked at us and laughed.
