I would NOT recommend this restaurant!! 2nd time within a few months I called in an order for pizza!! I called both time an hour and a 1/2 before delivery time. 1st time 45 minutes late. this time 20 minutes late. this was both times an order for my workplace. Limited break time.

Officially done with Pizza Hut. They get our order right maybe 1 out of 3 times. It’s not like the order was especially complicated - PEPPERONI PIZZA. And they made it WITHOUT the pepperoni. Like…seriously? And the second pizza was barely cooked, to the point where it didn’t quite approach “crust” - stuff was still dough. Ugh.

I wish I could give ten stars! I had a special request and spoke with Kendra who was phenomenal. Kendra went way above and beyond and I appreciate it. Give her a raise. The pizza was bomb! NO ONE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT! : )

Go to pizza by Rocco across the street for real, delicious pizza.I finally went here out of nostalgia and I was let down. The "cheese sticks" were just buttery bread with cheese on top. The fries were a half empty container with maybe 15 french fries. The pizza crust had basically no flavor, just 3 items for more than $30. It's also weird that the lobby is closed at night and you have to walk to a drive through lane.Pizza hut is a chain suffering from shrinkflation much like other chains these days. It's disappointing, but the good news is there are great local pizza places nearby!
So I placed an order including breadsticks. When I got the food apparently the breadsticks were already prepared for cinnamon sticks and they just added the garlic on top. "Trust me this was gross" When I called to tell them about this they told me to complain to GrubHub, I explained that GrubHub delivered the food like they were supposed to but you are the ones that cooked the food!! they still told me to complain to GrubHub. Lmfao.. sorry to have bothered you I will call Domino's next time.

The building us 3.6miles from my house and they do not deliver here. I was told " our delivery area is very limited " I replied by" wow to what across the street?" Pizza hut is not whT they use to be for sure. Shameful l

On 8/25/23 Took 1.5 hours for a cheese pizza, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks... Called the store told them I've been waiting an hour and the app saying the driver left 20 mins ago to be told they'll be there any minute. For it to be 30 minutes later that they finally arrived. I turned it away as I wasn't going to pay for cold food that took 1.5 hours. No apologies from anyone, whoever the lady was answering the phone was rude and couldn't careless. Can't see myself ordering from there after this. Sad.
