went there a few days ago, usually staff is nice!The worker went to go put tomatoes on my sandwich and i very nicely asked him not to.In return i got an eye roll and a sigh, wish i could have caught a name. Short brown haired guy that always wears a chained necklace.Got home and opened my sub there were fingerprints pushed into my sub.Didnt end up eating it, very disappointed

Do better. Everytime I go here what ever employee that is on shift tells me they don’t have this or that. Or the credit card machine is down. The salad bar looks disgusting honestly looks like poor management/training. Disappointing that it’s the only one in Goffstown and I can’t go to it. I always end up going to hooksett or Manchester.

Goffstown nh. I had a mobile order which was not ready when i got there and i am fine with that because what i saw next was unacceptable. Joanne which come to find out is the assistant manager started making my sandwhichs while she was putting the meat on my sandwhich she was eating some of the meat!!!!! I told her to stop making my food that that was completely unsanitary and unacceptable!! Her response was “its ok its fine” no its not fine nor ok!!!! Then morgan took over which he was great but at the point i was enraged with the attitude i was getting from joanne no apologies just excuses “ its been a long day” yes it has been a long day i just wanted to get dinner for my family but in return had to deal with this. So as i was driving home i started thinking if she can do that infront of customers what does she do when there is no one there im completely disgusted and so we decided to call the store in the morning to bring back the food and get a refund. When i called she answered i asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the assistant!!!!!! The assistant and that is how u make food!!!!!!!!! This is insane. Needless to say the actual manager will be there monday and so will i.

20 + years of giving business to this Subway has ended. I've put up with attitudes, slow service, broken down equipment, out of food items and sandwiches that are thrown together by the staff for too long. Recently, I had asked for something different while a young girl was making my sub, I got eye roll, mumbles and lots of attitude, I asked if there was a problem and was told repeatedly to get the F out of the store. I contacted Subway corporate about the issue and never heard a word back. This particular store seems to get a lot of complaints and no one seems to care. I make sure to share my experience with everybody.

Awful. Roll was an Italian and stale! Never had such a bad sandwich. No mayonnaise, they were out! Cut 3/4 of way through not all the way. Upon pulling to separate all the bacon pulled through onto one half. Onions in large chunks not the way I usually get them. Tomatoes dried out and ok’d looking. Roast beef does not come on my sandwich, it never has anyways. A subway melt is normally the best sandwich. Nothing like this. Phone has been busy since 5:30 and it’s now 8:50 pm. No answer now!

Crushed and death gripped the subs, falling out of the wrapping, put like 3 tomatoes all stacked in one spot. Other sub got half a tube of mustard. Guy was definitely zooted at work lookin like Vector

I was going to place my order online when I noticed the message sent to the top saying I had until 9:30 to place an online order. So I decided to pack up a two and five year old and drive them to my closest Subway only to get there well before 9:30 and first I was offered the leftovers which I took pictures and videos of that were all pork and me being a Muslim woman that was so disrespectful. And then me and my children were denied service because the young adults that were working wanted to close the store before closing hours. I asked who the owner or store manager was I was told I could call the store back in the morning and speak to somebody else. I called the store back July 6th at 9:00 a.m. and I'm pretty sure I encountered the same young man that I spoke to the night before. He gave me a disconnected number to reach out and had no other information to give me. He stated that he had warned the other two gentlemen about closing the store early and he doesn't know what to tell me Then I was hung up on. I had to call Subway World offices to get answers before filing a discrimination suit for being denied service and offered pork as a Muslim. I had to investigate to find out what the store number was itself because the employee told me that it was 114 South Main Street when in fact it's 114 Mast Road Goffstown New Hampshire.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location. The boy that worked today was apparently having a bad day. I was trying to be nice and he made my subs with anger, smashing all toppings I asked for on the subs. I asked if he was having a bad day and he replied, “yes, after I cash you out I’m closing and quitting”! I tipped him 20% and then gave him a $5 tip. He failed to put my sauce in the bad. Never know what one’s going through so I thought a big tip might help cheer him up. I at least got a thank you ?‍♀️

Meatball Marinara sub with veggies, Sun Chips and a vitamin water drink did hit the spot after walking a rail trail!Friendly service. The food is, well, Subway but I like it. Always out of food, the food prep area was very dirty, the server appeared on something, he was alone and it was approx 2 hours before closing store was empty. Floors dirty, trash was full. DO NOT EAT here. Last visit it for sure. I should have taken pics but left phone in car.

Do not have anything on their menu available. Subs are made disgusting with wilted lettuce. How are you even still open!! Do not recommend at all!!

Subway is up and down, some good and some bad. Overall, I think they are losing momentum. This particular location is not quite up to par. I do not want to eat here anymore after closely looking at the cleanliness. There is a lot of debris, corners that are not touched, bathrooms not cleaned, and instruments not wiped down. Although the customer service is great, it is mostly employees who don't do more than the minimum.Vegetarian options: Most of the vegetables have been touched after touching meat and the same knife is used more than once.
