got there with a mobile order, they didnt have croissants so we asked for a bagel with cream cheese. waited 20 minutes and got an uncut, untoasted, cold bagel without cream cheese.

Everything I go to this dunks the lady who answers the drive though is always extreamly pleasant and they always make the food correct and do a great job also no matter how long the line is they always hey through people sooo fast and never wait longer than 5 min. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT JOB!! not sure lady's name who Anderson the drive through all the time but great kudos to her too!

I have that a loyal and dedicated fan for the Dunkin' Donuts for a long time. Recently, however, their work has been sloppy. They have been giving me in complete orders and they have been out right rude to me. I would highly recommend going to a different Dunkin as there are many nearby extremely disappointed with the new behavior.

As a coffee user, I frequent Dunkin' Donuts frequently. This establishment consistently prepares my coffee and the remainder of my order to my satisfaction. They are usually polite and helpful, and they get me out the door promptly.

Just ordered a drink & a strawberry donut, a new employee tosses a the donut at me and says "anything else" anyone in the food service know that's never okay to throw food at someone.

Regular customer from the local area. Not sure about recent negative reviews? I’ve always had a great experience. Always very impressed with the courtesy and accuracy of the staff, both at the drive-through and at the counter inside. Compared to other Dunkin drive-through‘s, I’ve noticed an upbeat, enthusiastic, and welcoming attitude that is rare these days. This must reflect management’s hiring as well as training philosophy.

The old women that work here never graduated high school and it shows. Very poor quality service and attitude. I mean I wouldn't be happy either making $8/hr. but please don't take it out on the customers.
