Staff seemed extremely unhappy, basically rude. I know it's a hard job but it's unfair to the consumer. Will not be returning!

Dunkins has gone downhill ever since it was purchased by an investment firm. This Dunkin's location has really embodied the new philosophy of over promise and severely under deliver. It didn't use to be this bad, but the food is terrible and the service feels like I signed up for a roast.Not a single employee at this location is capable of assembling a sandwich, not burning a bagel, or getting the sugar/cream ratio in a drink correctly.The staff is rude, untrained, and unattentive. I waited over 20 minutes before someone acknowledged I was picking up a mobile order. When she did acknowledge me, she didn't have my order (because she already cleared it from the screen to keep times lower) and I had to repeat my entire order to her while she acted like I was inconveniencing her. She also appeared to be the manager, which explains why this store is in such an abysmal state.The cleanliness of the store is also horrifying, watching employees scoop different flavors of cream cheese with the same utensil, watching ungloved employees handle cooked food from the toaster, and the bathrooms haven't had more than a basic wipe down in months. I did try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I threw my cinammon raisin bagel out because there were chives mixed into my plain cream cheese. Absolutely appalling.Dunkins has stopped being worth the inconvenience, you would be better off driving to a different Dunkins location.

Coffee is usually fine! I go here almost daily! My issue is the big pot hole at the drive thru window! If you hit it, it’s a significant bump! It needs to be fixed before it ruins someone’s tires and you’re held accountable for the damage!

The main floor was dirty. The men’s room was filthy , the toilet seat is falling off.There was just girls working . And I did tell them .

This is the worst Dunkin’s experience I have ever had! The lady was very quiet and would go silent for minutes at a time while we were ordering. We asked for two separate orders and she said okay but when we got to the window she said she could not do that(they can we do that all the time). They also did not get the right size of either drink (ordered two mediums and received a small and a large instead). The drinks received also were not mixed at all. Overall the worst time I have had at the fine Dunkin’s establishment.

The worst Dunkins. Not open when they say they are. Went today and asked for a munchkin, they told me to ask for it at the window. I asked and the elderly woman asked me who told me to say that. Very odd interaction. I also waited about eight minutes for my two items. I'll go to Aroma Joe's.

Window server so rude chastised me for ordering on line and not waiting more than the time to drive there for pickup -- first it was more time than if I just went direct to drive thru and ordered and b I had no issue waiting -- would have pulled aside but no one was behind me either!

Used the restroom while my sister bought bagels. The staff was pleasant and bagels were good. I am glad my toilet did not explode !!!!YUCK !!!

This is a shout-out to our new friend, Rob, who went above and beyond to help us last summer! We were at the drive-thru window, in the middle of placing an order, when our Ford Escape got stuck in reverse and started backing up! Almost hit the car behind us! I helped my husband push the car to one of the parking spaces and safely away from the growing line of cars waiting to be served. Called triple A who basically told us they can't do anything for us at that time since it was getting late. The towing service across the street didn't want to come over right away without authorization from triple A, so that would have taken a long while. Waited for both services for an hour or 2 in the sweltering heat while we tried to figure out what went wrong. Suddenly, a guy in a Dunkin' Donuts uniform headed towards our direction and said he might be able to help since he's also a mechanic. His name's Rob and he immediately diagnosed what the problem was: a faulty cable bushing. He then fixed it and showed my husband how to adjust it in case it happens again on our way back. We still had a hundred miles to go to our bnb at that time and we would not have made it without Rob. He saved us that day!

I waited over 15 minutes for someone to even come take my order and when the manager finally came over she had an attitude. The employees were arguing the entire time I was there and were extremely rude to the customers. I will never go back to this location.

Ordered an iced tea and they gave me an iced black coffee? I waited in line to ask for them to remake my order but it appeared everyone infront of me was doing the same thing, and the woman at the desk was insisting that there was nothing they could do. I'd rather drive across town and go to a different dunks than back to this one.
