Nuggets we're good burger they messed up on had to re-cook it I asked for no onions be burger is like burger, jerky overcooked no lettuce or tomato yeah wasn't happy paying 22 bucks for a burger nuggets and fries just saying makes me more and more never wanna go back every time I go there it's way over price

Do not I repeat do not go here all I ordered was a simple Big Mac with extra Mac sauce and extra cheese simple right ? They gave me a messy burger that wasn’t edible. When I brought it back 1 employee Hanna was clearly saying something to the cook so I asked for names I only was told tod (on the grill/manager) and Hanna the kid in the drive thru would not give me his name. So I get my new burger no extra cheese or sauce I asked for it on the side and you can hear a female (Hanna) yell f$&k off (I paid for extra cheese extra sauce) so the kid who refused to give me his name came back to the window I asked for the manger (which is when I found out the grill guy tod is the manager) he really didn’t care he walked away and threw up a gang sign as he closed the window not ok at all when I parked the car in the drive thru and got out to find out why the rudeness I was told to get the f$&k out of here they was calling the police really McDonald’s ? Really unbelievable that whole shift needs to be fired period if they treat one customer like that they treating all and this was their mess up no one would eat the burger I received it was made like that on purpose cause they obviously do not care about they job I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning and I will not eat my new burger cause I feel like they did something to it but I will be bringing it to the manager in the morning the picture shows the first burger I received

This was either an honest error of judgement, or else the dismissive attitude of someone who did not care about customer service. It was late, and we were hungry. The drive-thru worker asked to take our order, and we asked for clarification on a menu item. Getting no response, I moved closer to the menu, and clarified our order. No response. I repeated myself a few times, and thinking the speaker was malfunctioning, pulled up to the window.The worker inside waved us away, mouthing that they were closed. Pulled up to the second window, thinking the person we were speaking with was there... (at least we get an A for effort ?)Clearly annoyed with intrusion of our presence, this worker stated she thought we had driven off, and that they had now closed and had already thrown the food.Working with the homeless community, don't get us started on food waste.. but though I can understand wanting to close up and go home, they had been open not a minute before, and it just seemed unnecessary to be so dismissive and rude. Hoping in the future to see attentiveness and kindness carried through to the end of the shift. ?

It’s McDonalds so the food is exactly what you would expect. It was pretty clean for the volume of people they serve and probably the friendliest fast food industrystaff in the city!
