Hey Now!A great spot in Hampton for Mexican food! The gaucamole appetizer was very good and filing. I had a blanco tequila neat that is what they have in their margaritas and it was very good. The tacos came out hot and tasty. All in all a great place for drinks and dinner. I recommend this spot to everyone!

We go for Mexican food 4-5 times a month . We usually go in East Kingston, NH.Now, that is Mexican food. There was 5 customers when we got there. We ordered tacos and steak fajita bowl, that came with one wrap, we asked for 2 more. They charged us for them.It took them for ever to prepare our dishes.Honestly, I felt everything was put in the microwave.Folks if you want real MEXICAN go to JALISCO.Best service, very inviting place, food excellent,I would not recommend for food. Drinks .

First of all, what a cool spot! Santiago's is one the most cozy bars I've been to. I ordered a few of the tacos in different varieties and they were awesome. You can taste the freshness. Amazing flavor, cooked perfectly...had to save the spicy shrimp taco for my wife. She loved it. The Margarita was smooth and unique. They don't use sour mix and you can feel the difference. Just go there and you will be delighted too.

Very disappointed - I raved about this place and told friends & family to go check it out, the food was fresh and the drinks were good. BUT- The last few visits the food wasn't as fresh (served luke warm) and the margarita tasted like sour mix. If I can convince my husband, I will try it again.Parking: parking can be difficult in the summer months.

Just moved to the area from Boise and the food here is outstanding. Tried Maui and Swordfish for the first time and i got hooked right away. Drinks are delicious and creep up very nicely. The owner is really friendly and the regulars are all very polite, the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. Will add pictures next visit.

Rough. Bland, and Methy Drinks - sub par. Watered down. Food - bland, (go to Las Olas, or Burrito Loco, both in Hampton). Girlfriend got sick from the Carnitas(?). Charged twice for the meal - $74 and $94 (actual cost of the bill). Sketchy. Bartender was running the place herself, and hats off to her. Except for the fact she was higher than a F'ing kite. Meth/Crack ain't a good look. Kibbied out, eyeballs going every which way, weird verbal interaction, and borderline convulsing. I hope she can get help (Thurs night bartender). Bummer. Had heard great reviews from other locals. But def not it. Have a feeling getting my $74 back is going to be a mission. Save your hard earned $$$$. Support a better local business.

My husband and I had an early dinner last night, finding a full, jovial bar and no other diners, so we had the full attention of our server. The sangria I ordered was ok, a bit watered down tasting, I'd pass on it next time. We enjoyed the wicked shrimp special appetizer, on a bed of a smoky sauce that had just the right amount of heat. Husband had the taco combo, with fish and chicken, which came with a saffron rice and black beans. I had a grilled shrimp quesadilla, which also came with a side of beans. Our meals were tasty and fresh, and presented well. Although it feels like a very relaxed bar atmosphere, Santiago's food is not the usual bar food, nor is it the usual Mexican. Sometimes they have seafood paella as a special, and that is super good, I just wish they had it more often. We're glad to have Santiago's just up the road from us.

This restaurant is small and only contains a few tables and a bar area. Service is always wonderful, and our waitress had great recommendations about the menu. The Fuego margarita is my go-to order! Their drinks are strong and spicy, perfect after a long week. The pricing is on par with most restaurants in the area but the food and drinks are well worth the cost. The ceviche we ordered was some of the freshest seafood we have had in the area. We would have loved to try the stuffed poblano peppers but we will save those for another visit. For my main dish, I ordered their chicken quesadilla. It may have just been a side but I absolutely loved the black beans. They had a bit of a kick that I’m still craving. Overall, everything we tried was fantastic. We will be back to try more of their menu.

We had a lovely dinner, sat outside, ceviche was delicious, as well as the paella and stuffed poblanos. Dishes had nice flavors, things seemed fresh, and everything was cooked really well! Drinks were also the perfect end to the day, and prices seemed on par for the area and for the quality. Service was a little slow, but we had no problem relaxing!

Such a cool place! Loved the ambiance. The food was super fresh. SO FLAVORFUL! Every bite was a treat. Everyone at my table was swooning over the food. We got Havana dip and all kinds of tacos—mahi, shrimp, chicken and veggie. Not sure which one was the overall favorite—hard to pick!Everything made from scratch—even the two hot sauces brought to our table. I was so impressed. You can tell that everything is quality.I’ve heard the margaritas are killer but we were there for lunch, so I can’t say firsthand. I’ve heard the fuego margarita is amazing. Infused with peppers and spicy sweet. Something I’d usually pass on except that a few people were raving about it! I’m so curious to try it next time.Check this place out—completely enjoyable!Vegetarian options: Get the veggie tacos! SO colorful and fresh and delicious! And healthy-feeling. I walked away feeling energized instead of tired. There were plenty of options for me as a vegetarian. Loved it.

Popped into this spot for an app and drink after Riverfest. No Corona extra but they had Modelo. My girl enjoyed Reposado Casamigos tequila on the rocks. The ice was brought in a separate glass than the tequila. We ordered the queso dip with fresh pita chips. I was apprehensive about pita chips and Mexican queso sauce but it was a surprisingly good combo. The pita chips were grilled and seasoned and were really very good. The queso dip was not like any queso ive tried. It was spicy and had a cream cheese profile. Santiagos itself is cozy but large enough that i was immediately seated at a table. The other patrons food around me looked ok but I think there are better mexican options in the area. My waitress was nice and thorough.

Rolling through town from California. This place was a little slice of San Diego. This place knows the SoCal ingredient that makes Mexican food famous. Margaritas we're awesome, Paloma's we're delicious and the tacos have come to life! So great! Thanks to Mia she was wonderful
