Things have gotten much better. Don't know if there's a new manager or not but the service is better, the servers are super nice and I don't see the pull up and wait area nearly as busy. Nice job all!!
It feels like this place is run by scam artists or something. I can tell they recently put a bunch of new employees with great friendliness, but when It comes to actually getting the food, my order has almost always been made wrong with the toppings on my sandwich etc. also to add that I find it very annoying that they tell me to pull forward when there's no one else waiting behind me. now I have to wait for someone to physically walk the food out which usually takes forever.

I had an issue with my food the day before....called them and spoke to a lady manager....SHE WAS MAGNIFICENT....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE....HIGHLY RECOMMEND....i came back and she was wonderful to deal with....if only all restaurants had a sweetheart like that they would be so
