Typically never have a problem at this location, but this past Monday drove by around 5:30am to grab a coffee before work and no one says anything at the drive thru so I pull around and park, since I see employees inside and try to go in but the door is locked. All hours posted on the door and online say they open at 5am so I’m not sure what was going on but no signage saying they were opening later or anything and one employee even watched me try to get in and just continued on with what she was doing. A bit annoying to drive somewhere expecting it to be open since the hours posted say they are.

Went in this morning and the young lady was quite pleasant. I forgot my wallet in my truck. She was patient and kind of silly when i got back already had my coffee ready for me. Customer service that you expect however not used to not occuring. Thank you.

I was in the store on Sunday and usually people are ok friendly but this Sunday I was waited on by a person named Ben and he was an exceptional customer service person. Reminded me of how customer service people use to be on a regular basis. Friendly, smiling, attentive and helpful. Even could do math in his head! Very happy with this encounter. As an aside this store is always clean and bright.

Estuve en este café para pedir 4 honey citrus. La cajera solo hizo la orden por 1. Luego les pedí que me devolvieran el dinero y me dijeron no me iban a cobrar los otros 3. Lo cierto es que acepté pero me dieron los te 22 minutos después. Cuando les la salió de los cojones. También le dije a la cajera que habían moscas en los productos que estaban exhibidos en la vitrina. Ella me contestó que eso no estaba a la venta, como si el hecho de que hayan moscas en la comida no es relevante. Que clase de gente contrata Starbucks aquí??que asco de servicio. ------------------------------------ QueI was at this cafe to order 4 honey citrus. The cashier only placed the order for 1. Then I asked them to give me my money back and they told me they wouldn't charge me for the other 3. The truth is that I accepted but they gave me the tea 22 minutes later. When it came out of their balls. I also told the cashier that there were flies in the products that were displayed in the showcase. She answered me that that was not for sale, as if the fact that there are flies in the food is not relevant. What kind of people hire Starbucks here? It's disgusting about service.

Wow I now can see why someone would wait in the drive thru for about 20 minutes instead of going inside. The inside pickup system is awful. I've never seen so many strangers picking up each other cups looking for the name or type of drink it is. I guarantee the sitting cups get touched at least 3 different times or more by customers, so disgusting. Why???? The food is good, but I did not enjoy watching that kind of environment.Update: since I've posted, the Starbucks owner replied and asked that I reach out to his contact us page. I don't need to reach out, I've already addressed my concerns here. I just want an explanation of why they think this behavior is acceptable. Actually I suggest you go back on your cameras and watch the same cups get touched, picked up And put back down by different people. Why???

Order was supposed to be ready at 10:49 waited 25 ish minutes after it was supposed to be ready. One staff member was doing nothing and was actually just checking her phone. Other staff ignored us when we tried to ask about it. The rudest people I have dealt with.edit.I was refunded for everything by two young ladies, they were extremely polite and helpful. However who i am assuming is the manager based on how she acted towards us.. Got my cake pop and didn’t get my frappe so we asked and she says that it’s not the right store and we didn’t place the order. Pulled out the receipt and she continues to say that we did not order from here.She walks away and I get my refund. However this same “manager” was on her phone while her colleges were working. Then doing the bare minimum while her coworkers are incredibly busy. Ridiculous.

If you go inside be prepared to be there waiting for your beverage for about 20 minutes. It may be a staffing issue I’m not sure. Drinks are always made right just the lengthy wait time is really becoming a turn off. Now alternatively it appears they are able to keep up with the drive through which is great. Just wish they would give that same service to the indoor customers.

To be honest Starbucks isn’t actually all that good it’s just hyped up by white blond girls the drinks are not very good but the food is pretty ok service is alright the atmosphere is average BUT the water there is really good they have the best

Need to check your orders before you leave drive thru, twice they gave me the wrong order and I need to show them what I had on my mobile app. Once ordered ahead of time and when I got there and waited for almost 30 mins. (Asked Barista) and told me someone else got my order and they prepared another one for me that takes 10-15mins wait time. Almost spent an hour, waiting time. Best way to show them the mobile app placed order if you miss your “customized coffee.”Parking: Not enough parking and drive thru takes time only when it’s peak hours, morning in particular!Wheelchair accessibility: Just enough parking for 2 ♿️ people to park.
