As someone else noted, this place is filthy. Food and trash all over every table and across the floor. Waited in line for 10 minutes to finally order, made it up to the register only to be told the machines are down and can't take cards. Ok, not their fault. They begin telling those that haven't ordered yet they're only taking cash orders, however there's me and one other girl that already had their orders made before it crashed and we only have a card. After another 10 minutes of standing there waiting, starving, in a hurry, with a deep regret at stopping here having set in, I point out they should just let myself and the other girl take our food for free (she only has chips and guac and I just had a burrito). No dice. I ask them to ask the manager they say they can't cause she's on the phone with IT. I ask what happens to the food if we just leave, she said they throw it away. The girl ahead of me gets frustrated and leaves, so do I. Unbelievable that they'd rather a customer waits 20 minutes, with food in hand, and leaves hungry and annoyed and a burrito gets thrown away then to just comp the burrito for the hassle. They also said they weren't allowed to because corporate watches them on the cameras and counts how many burritos they make vs sell.On top of that, the bin was out of the chicken el pastor I wanted but there was a whole bin behind the guy that had just been taken off the grill. I asked if I could just have that and he said no, that I'm not allowed to have it until she brings it up. This place is ridiculous.Also, get some dang jalapeños already.

The food was delicious and very fast, but the price was a little high .Could have had a full service lunch and covered tip at a decent place for the price paid here..Two regular bowls and a drink cost us $38!!

Two major things contribute to this review: 1. There was a piece of plastic (pictured) in my bowl order. While a refund for the bowl was issued I still have the trauma of chewing and gagging on a 2inch piece of plastic of unknown origin and had to throw away my meal. A full refund would have still resulted in a negative review. 2. They ran out of chips before 6:30pm on a Friday Night. An organization with chips as their primary side item should carry enough to cover at minimum a solid day. Altogether this was an unacceptable visit and I will not go back any time soon. With very limited eating options for people in Keene that require gluten free food this experience is that much more heartbreaking.

This location frequently runs out of menu items like chips, or cup sizes, and the restaurant dining area is kind of stark and not always the cleanliest. Not a total disaster, but not great. The real reason my review is so low is that this location keeps disabling online ordering. We’re going into 2024… get it together. It just seems like this location is very poorly managed - and the place is always jam packed with employees- so what’s the problem making orders?
Always closed randomly. Never actually available on Doordash. Doesn't accept cash. Delicious food but wish it was more accessible

Wouldn't even call this a Chipotle. Workers enjoyed making everyone's day miserable as if it were comedic. Failed to restock any food, didn't even have white rice or pico, what? Took us 25 minutes to get our food after it had been ordered. Manager needs to step up his hiring game and quit letting these hooligans of humans ruin the brand name.... contact me for further info.

This place is a joke every time I come here they disappoint. I didn't even go there yet and they're out of quesadillas. How the hell are you out of stuff to make quesadillas at 12:15? You just opened you can make a burrito but not a quesadilla? They are always out of some ingredient no matter what time I go. Last time I went they told me they were out of white rice and proceeded to bring out an entire batch of white rice as I was checking out with brown rice in my burrito. Nobody here knows how to wrap a burrito or give good portions what so ever. If I'm gonna be paying your outrageous prices at least make it worth it and not fuck up every single order you've ever made. Every online order I have received from this location has been completely wrong which is basically impossible I've seen that big ass screen with the items that aren't on the order BLACKED OUT. Once again this place is a complete joke and there needs to be some serious changes made before i and probably many others return to this shit hole establishment. Chipotle used to be one of my favorite restaurants to go and this Keene location has ruined it for me. Not to mention the employees barely have a clue what they're doing half the time. Unbelievable. I can't believe I have to give 1 star 0 should be an option. Fuck this place
