I placed an order online for delivery. I left instructions about delivery and waited. After an hour, I called the restaurant about my order. They told me a dasher had come and picked it up and it should be here shortly. Waited another 15 minutes and started investigating. It turns out that even though i left specific instructions as to which door and to knock, they had just left it at my front door (which we do not use) in the rain. My order came to $85 including a $10 tip for the driver. When we finally got our food, a good deal was missing and the things that were there, were awful!! The large lobster grinder i ordered with NO LETTUCE, mayo on bread and american cheese turned up with TONS of that terrible shredded lettuce, dry bread, no cheese and not nearly what i used to get for lobster in a large. We ordered chips, never got them, the broccoli cheddar soup was so thick (like yogurt or thicker) and sour, it was inedible. Also, I ordered Italian bread (new option) with the soup and paid for it and didnt get it.When we realized the mistakes, we tried to call the restaurant the rest of the night and they would not answer. I am livid right now because in this day and age, with everything so costly, if i pay $85 for food, I expect the best.I am sorely disappointed and will not be ordering again as this is just the final straw of a long time of wrong orders.

Jannette the general manager of west street keene nh was the most kind manager I have met was very kind and helpful even wrapped my sub in half cuz I split it with my dad and I dont like tomatoes. D'Angelo's Keene is my favorite sandwich shop in my area. Their service has been spot on for years, even when there have been online ordering issues. If issues ever come up, Janette will get it corrected. They are always nice and you can get some solid coupons if you are a repeat customer! Their food is always good. My favorites are the thanksgiving toasted in a wrap, cheeseburger grinder and the steak bomb rice bowl!

Ordered two subs the other day. Every single piece of "chicken" on the tatami sub was pure fat. The hunk of fat after hunk of fat. Tried calling to request a new sub or refund and sat on hold for 30 minutes. No one in the store would answer the phone. Waited almost an hour and tried again. Say on hold for another 30 minutes before giving up. Does anyone answer calls there?? Well not be ordering from there again if this is the quality of food and service they offer.
