The look and feel of this Dunkin was great, but the service was poor. It started fine, i was the second and last person in line at the time and ordered 1 coffee and 2 bagels.Apparently, the receipt printer for the drink stickers ran out of paper and caused a backlog for the employees. They couldn't keep up, and then who i can only assume was a managet or shift lead came out angry and swearing at the staff cause they got backed up. I call it Dunks prime cause it's the best in Keene, I can't recall the last time the service or food/drink wasn't up to my expections. I personally recommend the main dunks on West st to anyone looking to stop for coffee.

This Dunkin is nice. It does not have a drive thru, but the staff is very friendly and they work very quickly. The line can get long in the mornings, but they seem to deal with the lines very well. This is my go to Dunkin when I am visiting Keene.
