Both myself and the person I went with took a few bites and didn’t like it so we were unable to finish it. However, what lead to my dissatisfaction is we both got sick from the sorbet and have very upset stomach’s just a half hour after eating it.EDIT: Our money was refunded the same night I originally posted this review without me having to call and ask. This leads me to believe that this occurrence is not normal and the owner(s) is an honest individual. I would absolutely do business with them again. The other customers appeared to be thoroughly enjoying their ice cream. And again, the customer service was excellent. I’m happy to see there are business owners who are still honest.“
“We've been enjoying Rick's for many years. Love that they're open all year and are open until 9pm. A lot of ice cream places in New England are only open for warm months. Seriously, we came after an ice storm and they were open normal hours. “We were having lunch next door and decided to skip dessert so we could try cupcakes and ice cream at this place. We absolutely enjoyed the store. I had a gingerbread man cupcake which I truly enjoyed. My girlfriend had a blackberry ice cream which she enjoyed as well. The store had all different types of chocolates and candies. Definitely, give this place a shot, you will like it. Service was really good, the young lady was very helpful.“
“I tried the cheesecake flavored soft serve with mochi and the black tea with the chewy boba. If I'm being honest, looking at what I ate alone, it's not something I would go back for, especially considering the price. However, the short gal with glasses working there was chill about questions and super nice. Excellent staff are worth their weight in gold. I would go back to try different menu items. Oh and just so the owner knows, the bathroom door did not, in fact, lock once closed. I found out the hard way haha. I recommend a passcode-based entry lock and an additional manual lock.“
