*update* 4? years later.Still horrible food. I LOVE burgers. I've traveled A LOT. when I go to a new place I try their burgers first.I have had a lot of good burgers, and a lot of bad. All these years later and this keene local burgers is still hands down the worst burger available. No joke, I have had gas station burgers that were wayy better.I'll try again in 4 years.First time here. Food sucks. Taste like I'm licking a cold gas grill. The best part about my burger was the ketchup I soaked it in. Its left my mouth a waxy/ gas like tatse and feel. Fries suck. I dont know what they cooked them in or with, but its gross. Fried pickles?? Realllyyy thin sliced pickles with bread crumbs as tastey as sand. Do not recommend to anybody. Gotta say, id rather eat at ANY other burger joint in keene than here.Maybe its just the two young kids in the back, if so, they really gotta learn to cook.

My party of 3 was the first people to order when they opened up. It took over 30 mins to get our 3 burgers and fries. When we finally got our food there was only one other party of 4 at the restaurant. I will never wait 30 mins with those given situations again. I will never come back. Kids....

The only redeeming part of my experience woth Local Burger was the guy behind the counter was very nice. With online ordering, the pick up time was 40 minutes. I assumes they were very busy. I arrived 10 mins early to find a nearly empty restaurant. I thought maybe my order would be ready early. It was not. It was handed to me nearly 50 minutes after I ordered. The food was only edible because we were really hungry and did not have other options. The veggie burger was burned and did not have the toppings ordered. The fries were dripping with grease and also did not have the sauce ordered. Fried pickles were okay. The meat-eaters said their burgers were fine. Maybe it was an off night, I had heard good things about this place.
The best burgers and fries, and milkshakes! There may be a line but you get through it quickly. I love the hustle of the employees, great service and will certainly be back! And the price point of all items was fantastic, left full without breaking the bank.

5 stars for the fries. Friendly, accommodating service. And if you like distinct undertones of petrochemicals, you would have loved the signature Local Burger I ate half of last week. You know how you’re told to let charcoal get all the way grey? If you’ve ever ignored that and rushed it, you know what nasty taste I’m talking about. If I go back, it’ll be for the fries. Management explained the no-charcoal process. Thanks for that.. Maybe it was a one-off or my palate, but the gassy taste was unmistakable. I’ll try again.
