Great food and good atmosphere. Drinks are top strength when dining in. Have been going here since 2017 and it's the best Mexican restaurant around. Recomend over the fake margaritas restaurant any day.
Service was great, drinks were probably the best in town, birria tacos were not up to par. The tacos were not put on the grittle with cheese and cooked properly. Hopefully they read this comment and make the tacos look like they do in the menu. Other then that everything else was

We’ve been going here for years and it has gone downhill recently. Service and food are inconsistent. Based on our last visit, I’m not excited to go back. The Peterborough location is fantastic, though!

We went lunch 2/17.The margarita, chips & salsa, rice & beans, and chicken fajita lunch was good. the reason for the low review is that I did not receive what I ordered. The server did offer to replace the meal, but I chose to keep what was brought out. The flour tortillas had very hard edges as if they were stale, and my partner ordered the steak nachos - the steak was like shoe leather and there was very little cheese. Also ordered the churros - they were rock hard! The ice cream was good but the corn flakes were rubbery. We had been here before and it was excellent. Hope this was just a oops for this meal.

We went here just before going to see Anastasia at the Colonial Theater and it was so good! It was recommended by a friend and we loved it! Lots of food for the perfect price. Besides the main dish, I really liked the guacamole salad and chips and salsa. ❤️
I love coming to eat here the only reason it gets four stars is because whenever I ask for my food without something like onions I still get onions and often have to send it back. I'm not sure why that is it's happened at 3 different locations but the food is amazing and at a great price.

Sadly, I’ve come back to edit my original 5 star review.. I loved this place but they have seriously gone downhill. I’ve probably gone there 20 times and in the last 6 months it’s glaring that there is little effort out into anything.The margs and chips and salsa are fine. The food is definitely an issue though. The guac- wow. It used to be decent, but they are now (I’m pretty sure) putting cucumber in it?? It makes it watery, bland, ice cold and inedible. I don’t know on what planet this is a good idea.The food comes out alarmingly fast, like maybe 3-5 minutes after you order. Which makes me think they are pulling premade plates out and quickly zapping them. Nothing is melted, it’s way too salty, just a mess. The flavors aren’t awful, but there is something so unnerving about your food coming out lightning fast. That’s fine for a takeout spot but it sucks feeling rushed at a restaurant.I see a lot of people echoing similar things and I hope they listen. They need to bring back the glory days. It wasn’t amazing food, but it definitely wasn’t bad, and even above average. Such a bummer.Original review:Really, really delicious. I've heard the service can be iffy there but ours was excellent.
