I've ordered from Odelay many times since I've been around and eventually moved to Keene. My intention with this review is to hold true to what I believe to be a great establishment that has seen much love but hasn't been giving it back. The food has always been wonderful but too many times my wife's order was wrong time and time again.I built my own burrito and got a fraction of what I paid for compared to any item on the menu and being less ingredients I don't feel a little customization should warrant a tiny, barely passable excuse for almost $20 for a burrito that leaves you satisfied in how it tastes but wishing you had gone somewhere else instead to get your money's worth as I was still very hungry and finally grew to this level of disappointment.I hope you find this review to help and not think I hate this place in the slightest. All in all I think I've outgrown my love for Odelay.

$18 for three small tacos? Plus the cost to park downtown and I still left hungry. I understand inflation but come on…Not to mention their lack of menu options due to their fryer being down. This place has tanked drastically, we won’t be coming back. For the price we paid, we could’ve gone to Chipotle and left more than satiated.

I have enjoyed Odelay immensely over the years. The place had a fresh feel and the staff was energized, it was clear their was leadership and passion. I understand Covid cut many restaurants off at the knees, and I was grateful to see Odelay hang on thru it all. Not only did Odelay hang on but the owner managed to keep 2 local businesses going. Unfortunately, it appears Odelay isn't getting the attention it deserves these days. The staff is sparse, almost non existent, the restaurant looks almost abandoned, there have been massive holes in the menu. Tonight, at 530pm on a Friday, my order of 3 burritos finished off their tortilla stash. My original order was placed online and bounced back to me as cancelled because 3 of the items I requested in the burritos were unavailable. I called the restaurant directly to see what the issue was, and was able to place an alternative order, only to pick up and have one of the burritos be a bowl, because they had no more tortillas. One of the women behind the counter told me it was her last night. And the remaining 2 ladies couldn't believe what they were going to be left holding, all the work. The food used to be delish, and I didn't mind paying a premium, as the food was fresh and sizeable. I cannot say those things any longer. My last 5-6 experiences have certainly been lacking. I hope owner/management can revitalize this eatery, as I miss it as a go to. Tonight was my last visit until I hear better things.

we have not ordered from this place for about a year because they would always get our order wrong. So We took a chance ordered online, with directions no cheese and no sour cream. Daiery allergies. Can you beloive when we opened up the container, there was cheese and sour cream blended into the meal. WTF! Also forgot a side dish that was ordered. I do not reccomend

One of my favorites in Keene for its creative menu and phenomenal flavors. And who needs more tacos? Everybody needs more tacos.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I stopped in early evening a quickly realized there was only one person working, an outstanding young man named Dominic! Dominic took the orders, cooked the food, ansered the phone and delivered the meal, all with a smile on his face. Exceptional food and service by and exceptional individual. Bravo Dominic!Odelay Taqueria is an absolute must if passing through Keene!

They always say they are open and never are! I placed an online order, because it said it was open and it was closed but still accepted my order so I wasted 30 dollars. The least they can do is mark the restaurant closed on the online ordering apps they use.

The quality is dropping. This place was a favorite especially during covid. A &14 burrito but worth it, hefty and interesting. But lately they’ve gotten smaller and smaller, as if they don’t have or don’t want to tun out of ingredients.

Firstly food and location is great, here’s the problem: the menu is horrible! You don’t know what they have. I tried to build a burrito but I didn’t know what meats and veggies/beans they had so I had to guess. The second reason it’s 3 stars is I could not understand the person who was taking my order. They talked so quietly it almost seemed they were talking to themselves. Bad menu+quiet waiter = horrible ordering experience. The quality of the food is what’s keeping this above 3 star.

Really cool street full of store front shops - most seem like local mom + pop shops which are the best. This place had nice seating outside and I saw they had guasacaca on their menu so it was an easy pick. I went with the carne asada burrito which was quite small for the price but it was tasty

What has happened to this place?! Used to be our favorite but we keep giving them chances and this was the 4th or 5th time in a row where they've screwed up the order. Quesadillas used to be full of ingredients, now it's just cheese with a few small pieces of meat. One time we literally got tortillas with nothing - LITERALLY nothing - in them. They forgot to add any ingredients to the quesadilla! They at least refunded that item but it's consistently been mistakes with every order. I gave clear instructions in my most recent order just to have something made the way it always was, and they still ignore it and mess it up! I even noticed the cashier tried to mention it to the girl who was prepping the food and she brushed it off. I've wasted so much money here hoping for the Odelay quality we were used to - we're never coming back now.

Don’t get me wrong, the burrito tasted really good. But I didn’t order a burrito, I ordered a rice bowl, partly my fault because when I ordered I said “burrito bowl” and that might have confused the cashier. I don’t know if this place is under new management, but I remember it being a very well kept place, it had a dirty feel to it. The prices nearly doubled since before the pandemic. Also, this place does not have an option to order online anymore, nor do they even have a website: very upsetting.

A delightful and delicious place for a light meal. I had the Mind, Body and Soul Bowl which was excellent, and left me full, but not bloated with many flavors to excite my palette. Be sure to stop in if you're in the area.

Expensive for what it was. We enjoyed our meal but i don't think I'd go back. I got a vegetarian build your own salad but somehow it still ended up being more than the menu price. I did enjoy it but it was not worth the cost.

Great food -Asada rice bowl was tasty! If you go at lunch hour expect a wait for food. Looks like they are hiring so maybe under staffed at this time. Worth the wait to us.
