Ive never had great luck with their keene location and thats really being polite! I first tried them in claremont quite a while ago and i really liked it! When keene was getting one i was psyched! I tried a couple different things 3 or 4 times and it was never great! Maybe its just the keene place though! I went in again really recently and the pizza was sub par but the staff, specifically the bartender were super nice!! So hopefully these guys can build their reputation back up with me?! It should be anoth 3.5 and thats mostly for the staff!

Good pizza we ordered a Supreme pizza the works and it was good. Service was right on time, we order to go and our order was ready when we arrived. I would definitely recommend for a take out

Ate here a lot in college and recently came back to Keene. The garlic knots were out of this world and the pizza was delicious. The Buffalo chicken wrap was filling and amazing. Drinks were great too! Needs some updating in the interior but overall great food!Parking: Parking in the back

I live in Keene and have eaten Ramunto’s my whole life. Last time I went I ordered online, I went to pick up my order 45 min before they closed, over half my order was missing, doors locked, and they where closed. We only got the pizza witch was vary burnt. People where nice and gave me my money back, still doesn’t make up for the lack of customer service and horrible food. Went a week later another online order, and they messed up everything on the order, wrong toppings on pizza, wrong toppings in calzone, and no sides we ordered. I just tried going again, and there stores hours are completely different then what it says online. Worst restaurant in Keene, would never recommend going here, not sure the reason why the quality has dropped SO much in the last year, but Keene would benefit if this ramunto’s location closed

Were seated by hostess, sat down and all the help ignored us, so we got up after 5 minutes and walked out....listening to the waitstaff talk about what they did for fun last night. We're longtime Ramuntos customers but we'll have to revaluate.

I have been getting pizzas from Ramunto's for years now. But the last few times I have been there, their pizzas have gotten considerably worse. Their crust has been getting thinner and thinner, which has led to the last several pizzas I have gotten being badly burnt. The last one also had nearly no sauce on it, so it was a chore to just pull off the toppings. I am unsure if this is a trend or just a one off issue though. The last two times I ordered pizza it took me 15 and 28 minutes waiting in line to actually get my pizza after it was ready, so the pizza wasn't even hot anymore. In the end, the repeated combo of a 26 dollar pizza that wasn't hot and was burnt to a crisp means I will be switching pizza places.

Went here for the first time after seeing it was voted best pizza in Keene. I got instead the worse pizza I’ve gotten in Keene since moving here a year ago. The pizza was totally undercooked. Dough raw. Absolutely no flavor. Scant toppings. Even after cooking it more and adding toppings and seasoning, it was inedible. Total waste of money.

Delicious pizza! Staff was friendly, easily ordered over the phone and picked up without issues. Love that there's a parking lot here so you can get in and out without dealing with Main St. parking.

The food was fantastic and Amanda the waitress is amazing! The whole restaurant seems to have a happy and welcoming team.
So I was on the job with the crew we decided on pizza and we would call it in ahead waste no time in the day, we go ahead place our order for a bacon pizza and Chicken bacon ranch pizza we show up 25 mins later when they said 20 25, and I go in and the guy up front scrambled around I could clearly tell they haven't even started so he apologized told me 15 mins I go get drinks come back 15 later wait another 5 and finally get it we drive the 15 mins all the way back to job site to find out they put tomato grilled onions and broccoli on our Chicken bacon ranch pizza so I call for the mistake and he totally trys tell me that's how they do there's there this that and other thing when was never discussed in beginning, and I'd think it was straight forward order I said all ingredients right there Chicken bacon ranch but he didn't wanna make it right or anything just told me let him know next time. service really messed my day up late getting back to job site and everything and food was alright

I think this is officially the worst Pizza I have ever had.They served me some very old recycled pizza they recooked (and completely burned). They removed the old toppings which were still imprinted across the cold cheese. My jaw was hurting after 2 bites, what a complete waste of money.

The flavors and ingredients used here are very good. The issue is lack of consistency. Training of the people making pizzas should be revisited. I wonder if it is an issue of leadership as quality assurance is missing. One day you could get a fantastic pizza and the next time it could be awful. I would order here more often if I knew what I would be getting. Also the pizza is quite expensive, so received a crappy ~$22 one topping large pizza is very frustrating. I wish this place could be more consistent.

I've been in the Keene area since 1992 and remember when Ramuntos opened and have eaten there many times. But my most recent experience was just terrible and I don't see myself ever going back there again! First, after being seated it took a long time for the server to come to the table, and mind you the restaurant wasn't busy. Second, she took our drink order but didn't ask if we wanted anything else so I had to tell her we want a couple of appetizers. Third, after bringing our appetizers she never came back to see how everything was or clear our dirty plates, but throughout our "dining" experience she has plenty of time to bs with friends at a different table. Fourth, I had to call her back to take our dinner order (slice of pepperoni and a small margarita pizza). 45 minutes later...nothing. She never came back to the table. I had to "flag" her down again. She advised that there was a big online pizza order (12 pizza's s). Apparently our order didn't matter. When she eventually brought our food it was cold! The cheese was congealed...she left and didn't return...but still had plenty of time to continue to chat with her friends...after complaining about the food and service to our absent mind, inattentive server she apparently talked to the "manager" the cold gross pizza was taken off the bill. Did the manager come by to talk to us? He'll no! Don't waste your time and money here...go somewhere else!
