I am constantly in search of good fresh bread and have found it incredibly difficult to locate a source here in Southern NH. On a recent trip shopping trip, I decided to try the Bred Shed Honey Oat bread. I found it to be incredibly fresh and delicious! Great texture, taste, no preservatives and even better reasonably priced! I look forward to trying any and all of the varieties available. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

The Bread Shed in Keene NH. What's not to like? Owner's, Brittney Migneault and Paul Dubois do it right, using only the finest ingredients in their products!!! Their products have been featured in Yankee magazine as well as many others. We tried three kinds of bread...White Italian Bread, which the hubby loved! I don't eat white bread so I tried the Multi Grain which was super delicious, and the Cranberry Pecan Power Bread, which was super, super delicious! The Bread Shed also bakes popular Italian breads such as Italian garlic, toscana and ciabatta as well as sliced honey oat, cinnamon raisin, jalapeno cheddar, and organic sunflower flax whole wheat. The problem is, you can't stop eating this stuff!! If you're lucky enough to be in the area of Keene NH, they're open 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm. www.thebreadshed.com My problem is, that I bought this while traveling, and they don't offer it in my area.
