First off I love D'angelo's sandwiches and have been coming to this one in Laconia for years. I ordered 2 medium size pockets. Thank God they finally got acceptable pockets after a long stretch of not having any pockets at all. The first was a pastrami which was great. The second was their new Ballpark sandwich which is sausage, peppers and onions. It was OK. The peppers were sliced a little smaller than I would recommend. The biggest problem was that the pocket it was in was old. It "cracked" and wasn't flexible as their pockets are when fresh. Maybe if it were more fresh, I would have enjoyed the Ballpark better. I'm not sure I want to risk getting it again.

Was very good service tonight!! The staff was best I have seen in a while kudos to them!!
Came in to pick up my $63 online order in the lobby. It wasn't ready yet so I just sat down to wait, no big deal. While waiting for my order the woman cooking the order continued to loudly talk about the spelling of my first name Geoffrey. Once or twice fine, but it was a good dozen times while my order was being prepared. "Geoffrey with a G isn't spelled with an O" "That's not how you spell Geoffrey". Now it's not the end of the world but it was loud and really unnecessary. Granted she probably didn't know I was sitting in the very first booth waiting for my order but it is the principle of it. I have been managing stores for over 20 years and would be mortified if this happened in my store. Next time maybe you should take a peek around to make sure who you're talking about isn't sitting 100 feet away from you. I'm also impressed how who I assume is the manager on duty just sat there and allowed her to continue on about a customer with other customers present. That seems like a back-room conversation.

Dot was so nice, she definitely had that Laconia Rizz. I came in with my nephew, it was his 21st birthday and she treated us so well! The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. Friendliness and Cleanliness, the keys to my heart!
