Our waitress Mallory was engaging and extremely pleasant. Food was prepared quickly and with care. Atmosphere was great with piano player and full bar.
Love it all. Foods amazing. Employees are respectful and upright. Atmosphere is beautiful.Parking: It's close to state office so parking is for 6 businesses.Kid-friendliness: Have seats for kids. Stools in bathroom for kids and have baby changing station. Coloring books/ playmats.
Would rate 0 stars if possible. My fiancé and I went in tonight for a date night we rarely have because of how expensive bills are. We had a $50 gift card from family to use for date night. AFTER ORDERING EVERYTHING AND RECEIVING OUR BILL. The server comes back with the gift card and bill in hand and then decides to tell us that “there’s a glitch in the system so it’s not taking gift cards.” I will 100% be going back tomorrow to demand to be reimbursed for the cost of the gift card since we at least had the courtesy to not discuss it before they closed in 30 min. On top of that, there was a big hair in our appetizer we ordered. Yuck!

Went there for the first time and had a great experience. It was a busy Saturday and I asked for the quietest table as I’m very sensitive to noise. The only free table was right next to the piano and the hostess, Christine, went above and beyond to get us a better table. The food was delicious and the service was great. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely phenomenal food! Go here all the time because my brother is amazing on the piano! Truly a "PIANO MAN"! Food just hits the spot. I always get penne pasta with Rosa, and it is always just scrumptious! Workers are also always so nice. Keep being great fratellos!

Fratellos’s is a weekly stop for us. The food and atmosphere are great. The staff is second to none! Tyler, Evan and Alex are the best! We highly recommend Fratello’s! You will not be disappointed!
I am touring the northeast and found this place. Being Italian myself I was pleased to try this joint out. Until I got in. The way the host "greeted" should have been a red flag. But I went forward. I ordered the veal parm. And this thing came out with the taste and texture of a rubber dodge ball from school. You remember the one. I told my waitress, who's only reply was a blank stare. I (Karen moment) asked to speak to a manager. My waitress told me there wasn't one on shift. I don't know what type of games this place is playing, but I will never be backAnd I suggest everyone stay away. The food is nasty, the place is unkempt and the staff is rude

Always a favorite place to go with my boys while skiing. Delicious food, amazing atmosphere. My kids have been requesting to eat here every ski trip since 2017.
