Went to the drive through and they forgot half my order then when I went in to get it the lady was vary rude telling me that the order went out .but I didn't get it so they gave my order to someone else

Coffee absolutely horrible twice in one day ...went back to let them know and the girl at the food window had loser sign dancing in window ...sorry girl your the loser you can't even serve a good coffee ...will never give my buisness to you gain

The food here is almost always great, and you can’t beat the evening view you get in seat 116 (the one right next to the register). I work grill here, and I have to say, despite my occasional internal complaints, I’m pleased with the job. I most look forward to the free meals I get for every shift I work, but it makes me happy to know that every day that I clock in, I get to make some pretty good food for lots of folks.The reason I’m giving only 4 stars on the service is because the registers are often unattended, but that’s it. I’d advise making a mobile order, as it automatically enters the system without any hassle whatsoever. All in all, I’d rate it a 9.5/10. Pretty good for fast food.Kid-friendliness: It’s a very kid friendly place, and there isn’t much more to it than that. Almost every employee, even on a bad day, tries their best to maintain a kind outward appearance.Wheelchair accessibility: It has several ramps, as well as tables with removable seats so that people in wheelchairs can pull right up. The kiosks might be a bit hard to reach, at least regarding the upper screen, but otherwise it’s entirely wheelchair accessible.

The place was clean, food was good and the staff was nice and helpful. I'm only removing one star because the inside is hideous. I'm all for redoing a place when it's needed but make it better not worse.
I had to wait for the employee to come to my car which I have done before and understand, but this time it was much longer.When my sausage biscuit finally arrived the biscuit came apart before I had a bite of the sandwich which was partially warm with part of it cold.3/9/2024 9:30

Got a normal chicken nugget meal and soda idk what going on with the soda at McDonalds but couple people I’ve talked to that have had it have been getting sick feelings from the soda so idk if they need clean it or it been cleaned to much but I just wanna houestly see if anyone else gotten sick after having soda from McDonald in laconia
