Did a quick carryout order. Pizza was ready within the timeframe they stated, maybe had to wait a few mins for the order. It was getting busier while I waited. They seemed to be short staffed but handled it quite well.

The pizza and calzones are fantastic here. Unfortunately, the gluten free crust is the older, frozen unimpressive kind. Other than that the pizzas are a great size and awesome.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free crust is not good. But they have one.

I got the Mediterranean Chicken Wrap, and my boyfriend got the Chicken Caesar wrap. They chicken in it was soft but then had random hard chunks. The chicken tenders were awful. They were wet and tasted bad. The staff was kind though.

I love their pizza, however recently got a steak and cheese sub from here and I've never seen meat look so strange in my life. It was also really overseasoned and salty, rubbery, and fatty. These photos are "steak".
Take out last night. We haven’t ordered in a while d/t a past negative experience in the past. Decided to give em another try. Pizza arrived over 1.5 hours when stated delivery was about an hour. 1 large pizza delivered and the pizza was completely wrong. I’ll say they were apologetic and within 45 min our pizza arrived. Pizza was luke warm at best, was a good bite probably would’ve been much better hot. Disappointed with the attention to detail.

I usually do Delivery. EVERY SINGLE TIME they are wonderful! On time (today the very nice man was early!), professional & always super friendly. Plus the food is delicious & warm when it arrives.

I usually love Sal’s pizza but in Laconia I’ve been really disappointed, comparing to other locations like Concord. The service is poor. We called in to order for pick up and they put us on hold. We were able to drive all the way there still on hold, entering the place and nobody was there. No line, nothing that could have excused the fact of being on hold for so long. We made them notice that we were still on hold. They apologized for the inconvenience however it was not the first time. I love sal’s pizza but this was our last time, after multiple occasions of disappointing costumer service, at the Laconia location.

Not really sure if this can be considered a chicken parm sub. It's similar to if you sliced up McDonald's chicken nuggets, slapped some mediocre sauce in there, then pulled a sub roll out of a hot tub and made a sandwich.
