Every time I've gone to this subway after work they always have everything closed down not running because they are closing soon if a place is opened tillv10 they should stop serving menu idem at 9:20pm because they closing down. Not far to me and my time I work at fast food I make sure anything we have on our menu is available to anyone and everyone no matter what a d if not available I make it available. 4 times I've gone to the laconia 1

This location honestly just sucks. Manager is rude, and apparently according to previous reviews, I’m not the only one with a bad experience. Maybe something should be done about it? Don’t waste your money and come here unless you want to be talked down to when you pick up your

came here twice. both times the orders were wrong. the "manager" gave me repeated attitude when I asked for a remake of the sandwich I couldn't eat because of allergies. Normally subway is somewhere I enjoy. NOT this location.

This specific location is a reflection of why subway has gone down hill. Though the lady who made the sandwich was very nice, until I went to check out I tried using a subway coupon and they wouldn’t even honor it. I thought all locations are suppose to adhere to the same standards. There was no apology about that, but on the short drive home the sub was already soggy and fell apart on top of that. I’m probably done with subway at this point with how cheap they’ve gotten, expensive, and now locations do not have uniform standards. Definitely a Shame… This same location is also screwed up a slew of orders that myself and my coworkers received the year prior. I thought I’d give them another chance as long as I order in person and not online but that was a mistake.

Two people on during lunch meant waiting 15 minutes to order and get food. Five people came in and left while I waited in line. Food is good because they use good ingredients. They need to pick up the pace.

I use to be a regular here until today! I ordered online assuming they would make it easier! wrong!!! I got home my subs were wet because they put to go orders ON A SINK!!!! And my subs were made completely wrong! I called them annoyed but nicely n the manager gives me a horrible attitude like I’m bothering her and said to bring them back! So I do and the already overwhelmed counter girl with a line out the door gets annoyed when she finds out she has to remake them while her manager sits in the back room laughing and talking very loudly on the phone with a friend or family member! I had to wait in line to get my food so after 2 hours I finally got what I paid for! Will not go back here until day manager is gone!
