We went here for the first time. The bathrooms had tissue paper everywhere. There was no paper towels. The trashes were over flowing in the lobby. The ceiling had water damage. The drink area was filthy with trash and water. The drink thing had no ice. All the seating had crumbs or trash on it. The guy at the register was rude if you asked any questions after ordering.

Walked in, from the side door (with no sign) on it . Guy says lobby is closed . I ask if the drive through is open and he rudely says “That’s what the sign on the door says” .I get they must be understaffed , but Jesus Christ don’t hire a-holes. Or lock your lobby door if your lobby is closed so we don’t have to deal with these incompetents fools.

the most awful costumer service experience i’ve ever had at a fast food restraunt. restraunt is extremely dirty everywhere and smells awful. my cashier “robin” was extremely rude and acted as if i was inconveniencing her by existing. will not be returning.

Usually I am a taco bell enthusiast, love it. However, what I would love more is for this location to post sinage in CLEAR spots for the drive through when they decide they're only going to serve KFC menu items and not tacobell because they're "understaffed." Apparently there was signage on their door, but who is staring at their door to read something when driving a vehicle. Why is it so hard to post on other sign further down the drive through itseldNow I'm not bitching for them to be understaffed because I get it, but don't let someone sit in the drive through line for 20 minutes for nothing. Don't recommend West Lebabon location, they'll probably just be KFC only.

I haven't been to a Taco Bell since I moved out east. I ordered the nacho bell grande, and there was almost nothing on it. The Taco Bells in Wisconsin load that up. I'm going to stick to making my own tacos. Also we waited forever for our food.

This is a very nice, clean Taco Bell and KFC restaurant and we were lucky to get a very sweet lady to take our order. I loved my chicken chalupa and my husband got his chicken tender big box which he always enjoys!

Whoever owns this Taco Bell/KFC needs to be replaced by someone who doesn’t overwork their employees. Every single person looks burnt out and exhausted. Be better people! The employees are so kind and need to be treated with more respect. Absolutely shameful!!!

I had to wait 10 minutes to place my order even though there was no line in the lobby (apparently they were giving priority to the drive-thru). Then I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. There were at least eight people working there, I don't understand why there was such a wait 4:30 on a Thursday night. Also, had no milk for the kids meal. How does a restaurant run out of milk?

Night time drive thru guy just huffs and puffs the whole time while he's taking your order. You could order the most simple thing and he will still act like you're asking for too much. If you're not prepared to take orders while working drive thru, maybe look for a different gig. This is coming from an ex-fast food worker.

Routinely the worst taco bell I've been to. Being one the only ones near the Vermont boarder, I give it a try every once in a while. Went through the drive right before a rush, and pulled forward to wait over 15 minutes for my order (crunchwrap meal and a bean burrito) while 4 cars behind me got their order fulfilled without any communication about the status of my order. Had to park and go inside to question the status since they would not pick up the phone, where I was told "well your crunchwrap cannot be fulfilled and I'm too busy to give you a refund here," and directed to sit through the rush through the drive through again to get my money back. Over half an hour of waiting for terrible service and no food
