They take forever to make your order and I like ordering directly through the website is always down. When I call to place a big company order and ask if I can place it over the phone they respond-“ they didn’t train us to do that.” So I guess they aren’t trained to take phone orders or how to check if their systems are down ??♀️

The only fast food joint I've been to that treats you like they actually enjoy serving you food. As opposed to the standard "go away" RBF most other fast food employees are wearing.
I've gone to this location a handful of times was very disappointed with staff super rude had to repeat my order several times. Food was cold and slapped together. Woman through drive-thru could barely hand my drink making me practically reach all the way through the drive-thru window to get my water. And then gave me attitude that it was my fault that it dropped. I wish there was more Wendy's locations in the state of Vermont it's extremely frustrating having to drive over an hour away to finally be able to eat at Wendy's to have s***** service

There was one girl up front taking orders and packing them, poor girl deserves a raise.
We got everything we ordered and our food was good, however the lady that took our order had a horrendous attitude… like did she step on a tack or did her cat die? Because she had some major rude tude’ goin on.. and personally I didn’t like it.

Wendy's has the frosty... and that's what makes them stand apart, in my opinion. When I go to Wendy's, I have to get a frosty because no other place has this delectable treat. Otherwise, the food, service and atmosphere are like any other fast food restaurant!
