Went to this location this morning at 5am when they supposedly open and they were CLOSED no signs up or anything. I feel like service is typically good here but this has happened to me before. Should fix their hours at this rate.

Ashley lecolst is incredibly unprofessional, and borderline deranged. She has been harassing me, an ex-employee, through social media and dragging me into drama within their workplace YEARS after my leaving. She should be fired. I am pursuing a lawsuit against her personally, and Michael Gambino (the stores owner) if nothing is done regarding her.

I just bought a chicken meal for nine dollars and decided to buy a fillet fish sandwich which I was charged six dollars, when I questioned the attendant on how much the fish sandwich was she said I should have looked at the price and in disbelief the entire staff became defensive and obnoxious. I would recommend never going to this facility.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask a question after seeing a TikTok and the woman answering the phone was incredibly rude and hungup on me. She had apparently gotten more than one call asking the same question and was less than helpful. Will never spend money at this location.

Had Mobile order, pulled up, waited 5 min to tell them my code, then got to window which was open, waited another 5-10 min while they were Blasting music, yelling curse words and forgot half my order at 9pm. Obviously they forgot my sauce too because what McDonalds doesn’t. I was one of only two cars in drive through. Absolute childish behavior, should not be closing a store by themselves. 4 men, 1 girl. Sunday 3/3/23.

This location has usually been good... not great, but good. This last time was a joke! Had to wait unusually long for my order, pay $17+ for two fish sandwiches, med fries, and a med drink... only to find that the sandwiches were undercooked, sloppily assembled, and barely a third of a slice of cheese on each sandwich! Is it really that hard to put even a little bit of care in your job?! They need to get their act together!

This location has really fallen by the wayside and could really use corporate direction. It used to be, we could go here, and the food was hot, fresh and enjoyable. We rarely get fresh food. The staff is to young to even count change back correctly. Management is not doing their job to maintain the property and let corporate know about the poor state of the drive thru, as well as the awful pavement problem, that one day, will get them sued. If you walk in and want service, you won't get it right away. If the kiosk that your order from is acting up, you literally have to assert yourself for service. The lights hardly go on at night on the establishment. The kitchen is alarmingly messy. Not just messy from being busy, it's not clean, period. The lobby doesn't get wiped down or swept, and you definitely don't want to use the bathrooms. We used to enjoy this McDonald's location. It was convenient and clean. Over the last year and a half? Not so much, AT ALL. Fix the problem McDonald's. Your customers shouldn't have to deal with the laziness going on in this location. Fresh food and a decent dining room. Clean bathrooms and a parking lot that won't flatten customers tires. Fix it.

Food was good. My complaint is because there are kiosks now to order which I prefer not use it confuses me. Nobody looks up front anymore for customers I waited like 15 minutes before anyone acknowledge you which is very frustrating. They were nice when they finally came to the front but its annoying that nobody pays attention to the front anymore.
