“First time here. Our waitress Sky was excellent, very pleasant and attentive. Food was fantastic. Started with garlic Parmesan wings and Caesar salad, I had the turkey, cranberry melt (panini) and my husband had the steak and cheese sub. High praise on both!! “I'm a waitress at the diner and my favorite thing on the whole menu is the homemade corned beef hash. Our clam chowder is excellent it has more clams versus potatoes. The food is great, the service is excellent we have a good crew that really cares about our customers and the price is right you can't get that in most places. P.S. Chris and Patti Williford are the best people to work for. They are amazing people who go far and beyond for their employees.Vegetarian options: We offer a vegetarian option every day as a special.Dietary restrictions: If a customer has a peanut allergy they don't have to worry we dont use peanut oil.Parking: Free parking behind the diner, but directly behind the diner is employee parking. The free parking is opposite the one way street. There's parking in front of the diner but you have to pay. A quarter gets you an hour. An hour for a quarter that's awesome. Some people park across the street in front of the court house, but keep in mind a quarter only gives you 20 minutes because it's right in front of the court house so keep that in mind. Sunday's you get free parking allKid-friendliness: We have a kids menu for lunch or dinner. We don't have a kid's menu for breakfast, but if you order ala carte you can order a smaller meal for your child. An example would be a single pancake and a half order of bacon.”

Forest St has consistently been able to exceed my expectations and fulfill my need for a good meal. The menu is full of amazing options, and I often end up ordering from their nightly specials. I am a particular and picky eater, so I am not one who would easily say that a place was amazing. But, if I had to pick one place to go and consistently be amazed, it would be Forest St Pub.”

“The BEST pizza I've ever had and I'm a gal from Providence RI. We know pizza! More pizza places in RI than New York! Lol. I also love their Italian sub. The man who owns it and his son are very kind and welcoming. The restaurant is always very clean too. It's my go to pizza spot up there. Amazing crust, great sauce and quality cheese and toppings. The girl Tiffany who said the sauce "has no flavor'' is nuts - probably a local competitor trying to bad- mouth this establishment. Try it for yourself. “These people are awesome, I stopped today as my 93 year old Dad loves their fish chowder, it was not on the menu but the kind server said they could fix some for him, within 20 minutes I had a bowl of chowder for my Dad, who doesn't eat real well. He ate all the chowder and said how delicious it was. Thanks so much.”

“Bright, clean space, great service, free hot green tea, and delicious food. My husband got the happy family and I got the Szechuan beef. Both were excellent. Sauces were flavorful, veggies were fresh, and meats were tender. We asked for hot chili sauce on the side and even that was a step above anywhere else. Would absolutely come back here!”

Food options include a smashburger, falafel pita, schnitzel sandwich, bratwurst, and some other German fare. This newest aspect of Schilling now also has draft beer options, in addition to the two other places to drink on their property at the pizza spot and taproom. Can’t beat the quality and the vibes, lager forever!”
