The meal I ordered was to come with 2 eggs, 1 piece of bacon, 1 piece of sausage, 1 piece of breakfast ham, an order of hashbrown casserole, and an order of biscuits & gravy or toast. I asked if I could get just regular hashbrowns instead of the hashbrown casserole. The waitress responded, "Yes, that's no problem, we can do that." I told the waitress that I don't eat bread products and asked if I could get a small bowl of fruit instead of the biscuits & gravy? She said she could do that, but there might be a couple of bucks up charge. To which I agreed. When my plate came, the bacon strip was only about 4" long, the piece of ham was smaller than the piece of bacon, and the sausage piece wasn't much bigger than a 50 cent piece. The waitress came around refilling the coffee cups of table next to us but not my wife's coffee. My wife actually had to request a refill after the waitress had passed by a couple of times without offering a refill. I finished my diet soda about halfway through my meal but was not offered a refill until the waitress came to remove my plate. The restaurant was not busy at this time, there were maybe 4 other couples there. Plus, there were 2 waitresses working, so our waitress only had 2 or 3 tables that she was waiting on. So, very poor service, to say the least. To top it off when the bill came, I was charged $3.79, not a couple of bucks for a bowl of fruit that had one cut-up strawberry, six blueberries, and 4 or 5 small pieces of pineapple. I was also charged $0.99 to have a small amount of plain hashbrowns instead of the hashbrown casserole that was supposed to come with the meal. The waitress said nothing about an up charge when I asked about getting regular hashbrowns. For the first time in my life, I left a restaurant without tipping. My recommendation is to choose a different restaurant for your meal.

Usually, we have a great experience, but not today. Ordered loaded tots for an "appetizer." It took almost 30 minutes to come out. For some tator tots, bacon bits, and shredded cheese, it shouldn't have taken so long. Asked for more beverages, walked by us 4 times, and had no beverages. About 25 minutes after the tator tots had come out, our food came out. Nothing major for food, breakfast. Eggs, bacon, ham, toast, French toast, pancakes, and grits. Should not take long. Oh, and I forgot to say they weren't busy at all. Maybe 15 tables. Finally, get beverages when the food comes out. As we are eating, ask for more beverages. Again, she walks by 4 times and stops and says oh I forgot your drinks, I'll be right back with them." At this point, I'm really fed up. Didn't even ask if we wanted dessert. This was by far the worst service we have ever had, anywhere.

Last time at this location after a 3rd bad breakfast and horrible service . Server ,never saw her again never checked in me or.my food which was cold and not cooked properly. After waiting for my check for 15 min. That was it and off to get

We had to wait as usual, confusion with the seating, my hamburger was supposed to be med w/pink. was fully cooked I wasn’t waiting for another one. Tasted awful.The store is the best thing!
