I used coupons for my order and was called "coupon man". Customers were cursing and servers are fighting with customers. Very bad atmosphere at the restaurant. I waited more than 1 hour to get my order. I will never return this place and don't recommend to anyone at all.

Quality of food is poor. Drive through order for an 8 piece original chicken bucket and was given scraps, basically. Customer service was terrible. Drive through adult attendant was rude and cold. This is about the 3rd time I go to this KFC for chicken and other times for Taco Bell & per quality of food, been disappointed every time. Lost a customer.

This the worst KFC I've ever been to!!!! 3rd time I've gone and got cold food. Then I went in and complained and sat there like. I was going to sit there for a 1/2 hour while they cooked another batch of some chicken before they cooked. Whatever I was eating and then I got some more cold. Food service is absolutely terrible. Order a 12 peice nugget you get 8 pieces, the size of a dime that are cold.

I ordered online, and the app said the food would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived in about 15 minutes. the food wasn't there and when I asked about it, the cashier told me that the transaction was already complete and tried to move along. I asked her what she means the transaction was complete, and she said the food was already picked up. I told her that I'm the one that ordered the food and that I had just arrived. She just shrugged her shoulders and said that it was already gone. I toldher that I paid for the food and didn't receive it, so she called her manager. The manager apologized to me, and the woman admitted that she just handed it off to someone without checking. They remade the food and the manager assured me it was all there. I ordered (2) 5 piece tender meals and my box had 3.5 tenders. They also forgot the sauces. The manager did upgrade my drinks from medium to large for the trouble, but they didn't have the drink that I ordered.

Took forever after cashier lost my order. Only two other customers in the store, so how could they lose it? One car in drive-thru. Chicken sandwich very sub-par. Colonel Sanders would turn in his grave to see his company today. Would not return, even for free meal replacement. Suggest more effective management hirings for starters and better employee training procedures.
