This was possibly the worst experience Ive had with any starbucks Ive ever been to. The customer service needs work desperately. I went through the drive thru to get two coffees and when I got to the window my card was not working properly so I was trying to fix in in the meanwhile I got mean mugged, rolled eyes and disgusting behavior from a grown employee working at the window. Absolutely not ok and customer servicing definitely needs to be improved.

Most times I say thank you and get no response from the baristas. It’s okay, but you all want a tip? And what if I paid ahead and already tipped you?One time I didn’t leave a tip because I didn’t have the money and the cashier decided she wouldn’t say anything to me after that like, “your order will be ready soon.” She just looked at me and turned away because she was upset I couldn’t leave a tipThe atmosphere here needs morale upkeep!The manager needs to remind the workers here that no matter what you treat the customers kindly. Even if we don’t leave a TIP we are paying your pay check. You wouldn’t have one without paying customers.

My favorite Starbucks. I’ll only go to this particular one. Abby and Rachel are great. They always know what I want and always remember my order. They are friendly and their customer service is very impressive. Love this Starbucks I won’t go anywhere else because of those two employees.

Though I’ve always had friendly service here, in the past month or so I’ve purchased two iced macchiato drinks on two separate occasions that have had curdled milk within the hour. The first time I thought it might be a fluke, but after the second time I tried calling, left a voicemail, and have yet to receive a callback. Needless to say I will not be visiting this establishment again.

I ordered a grande espresso Frappuccino at the drive through. I was handed a tall, so I told them I had asked for a grande. They confirmed I had indeed paid for a grande, so they told me they would remake it. After waiting for quite awhile, they gave me the grande and we drove away as my baby was crying. As soon as I tried the drink, I was confused because it tasted like nothing. Almost as though they had forgotten to put espresso in it. It was awful. I regularly order espresso Frappuccinos, and this was not an espresso Frappuccino. I wasn’t able to go back and wait in the very long line as I needed to get my daughter home. Very frustrating when I had already waited in a long line and was really looking forward to my drink.

Decided to come back and give them another chance. It looks like they hired some new people to run the kitchen. Our food was good - we ordered some cake pops and they turned out just how you'd expect, however our drinks were unacceptable. They clearly do not have very good sanitary measures to ensure the quality of what you purchase. The drinks had literal human hair in them (it was blue hair, so probably the person that was meowing at us last time) and there was some mysterious brown gunk of the side of one of the lids. I'm horrified. I will never return to this place. I'd rather drive all the way to Salem.

Always love getting a once in a while coffee. White Chocolate Mocha Latte is my go to. Finally tried ordering online to have it ready before heading to an appt. My friends drink was already ready. We stood around for a few mins with no coffee in site. Had to interrupt a Barista to find out where my coffee was. He had to look it up on their iPad to see what happened and thankfully made it immediately for me. He also apologized. This is why I don't get Starbucks coffee often. One, it's expensive and two, it can take a while to get your coffee whether you order in-store or online. Definitely need more Barista's at each location. Things would run faster and smoother and take away some of the stresses that are put on the employees from not having enough manpower.

Based on the other reviews I was expecting an absolute train wreck. When I walked in I saw a group of very hard working dedicated workers trying to complete orders as quickly as they could. I put in a mobile order (matcha latte and blonde latte hot) both were at the counter before the estimated time. Sandwiches took longer but not much more than an extra five minutes. I would come back again.
