“This place was a dream. I still waiting for the pinch to wake me up. We were leaving the local Veterans cemetery and wanted to find a stop to get ice cream to honor my dad's passing. Happeneded upon this place, open early, no line, RUM RAISIN was on the menu, the rain stopped, it was just what the family needed. HUGE servings so beware. We will stop everytime we are in town now. we got Soft Serve and Hand Scooped and I cannot tell you which we liked more.“
“Locally owned and operated, this little seasonal place is a charming old-school treasure. I had the small, not kiddy, cone of chocolate/vanilla twist...see pic... generous portions!! My wife had a regular size cone of hard ice cream and needed a cup because there was so much she couldn't eat it fast enough! Many flavors of hard ice cream are available. Also, many other ice cream treats. There are burgers and hotdogs and fries and more for a meal, too. Adequate parking, porta potties and picnic tables are provided. Nice back lawn. Highly recommend.“
“Friendly and hospitable owners with excellent food for reasonable prices. Very clean facility and they are still adding additional products. Hot and iced coffee, ice cream, a variety of made to order or premade hot and cold meals are available. My friend says their chili is fabulous and wishes they had larger sizes! “Fast service, reasonable prices and large variety of flavors, both soft and hard ice cream. The 2 scoops I ordered, buttercrunch and peanut butter, were both very flavorful, and the chunks of peanut butter were incredible! No waiting lines whenever I've driven by; face masks are required for ordering. Check it out, just south of Loudon Speedway. ????“
