I was so excited to try this place but was a bit disappointed. Service was fine but the dining room was freezing and the lights are above the ceiling fans so it makes a strobing effect which can easily trigger a migraine for me. The fried green tomatoes were just ok. The tomatoes were hard but the batter was crisp. The cauliflower wings weren't bad but were fried in the same batter as the tomatoes so they pretty much tasted the same.I got the salmon which had a nice char to it but it was thin so it was pretty dry. The risotto that came with it was really bland, I had to add a lot of salt and pepper to eat it. My date got the beet salad which he said was very good. He got a side of mashed potatoes but he said they were very gluey. We may try it again during warmer weather so we can eat outside.Vegetarian options: There were no dinner options that were vegetarian. Just salad and sides. My boyfriend is vegetarian so he was pretty disappointed.

First time at BluAqua Restrobar. Cool vibe. Nice people. Manager introduces herself right up front, and checked in with us throughout the meal (at very reasonable intervals). Our waiter was very nice, and knowledgeable. Food was really good. Drinks were a bit expensive, but good. Menu had a lot of enticing options, it was tough to choose one thing. Definitely going back

One of my favorite restaurants in Manchester. The food is always fantastic as are the drinks. Everyone loved their entrees and really enjoyed their meal. The tuna tartar is delicious and the smash burger is easily one of my favorites. It's a great place to go with a group or multiple people as everyone will enjoy it.

We were a party of 4 with a 5:00 pm reservation. Moderate music from speakers nearby our comfortable booth. Interesting drink menu with everyone appreciating the drink they chose (TruBlu Lemonade, Spiked Cherry Limeade, and Restobar Margarita). Tater tot appetizer was the best I've had anywhere - crunchy and hot, not soggy and lukewarm like other eateries. Main courses of Low Country Chicken, Gumbo Combi, one of the specials of Apple Stuffed Porkloin and for our gluten free party member the Southern Smash burger and fries with lettuce as the bun were good, though we all noted they were not extraordinary. Dessert of Flourless chocolate cake and keylime pie finished off our $250 meal with tip (one ap, four entrees, six drinks, two desserts) and we raced out at 7:25 pm to get to a nearby show at the Rex Theater (3 min walk). We enjoyed this restaurant and will go back, though we might stick to the more traditional bar foods on the menu. Nice ambiance, friendly staff.

Went there for Valentine's Day dinner with great anticipation, only to find they "didn't prep" for any of their main or taco dishes, pretty much eliminating most food. We walked out disappointed. Really quite inexplicable as we made a reservation, they had decorated tables with rose petals, and this is THE night to shine and get customers to spend money.Just FYI too: No wine list here.Respectfully, while the owner responded that the menu was advertised, we don't monitor social media to see if menus have changed, and what I see on Facebook doesn't imply, let alone state, that the specials cancelled out the regular menu -- they only augment it in every other instance I've seen, as was indeed true at the Crown Tavern which we walked over to next and were fortunate to get seated at.

It was our first time here last night and we had a nice time. It was quieter than I thought for a Wednesday evening holiday so that was great. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond with service. The food was delicious and went home content. We will be coming back here in the future.

This place has a great vibe. Casual but nice. Easy to find parking, the waiter was perfect. Food was fantastic. Great mixed drinks. Owner is a super nice guy who came out and chatted with us for a while. I highly recommend this place. Oh yeah, and live music too.

After shopping we went to BluAqua for dinner. We sat at the bar in front of a large Fish Tank and ordered drinks. It was happy hour ? Ordered the Poutine with pulled pork and the pork melted in our mouths. Delicious. I had the CBC PO-Boy and my husband had the barbecue burger. Both were delicious with large portions. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back.

Porkbelly pops we're delicious, and the meat pie was a bit crunchy which I loved. I loved that there was live music playing. It was a Thursday at 8pm there where only a couple tables full with most of the bar empty. I couldn't tell why it's was slow, I fully enjoyed myself.

Absolutely delicous food. Everyone enjoyed their entree. I highly recommend the smash burger with sweet potato fries! It's honestly one of my favorite places to eat in Manchester.

This restaurant is amazing. Everyone there is so nice. The waitress was knowledgeable and very friendly. Great service! The food was so good. I recommend the Alligator on a stick and the pork belly lollipops. The country chicken and salmon were amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back again!
