Worst experience ever two girls behind the counter just chit-chat and laughing away while I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order to get finished. Burgers were cold because they sat on the ready rack for minutes and the fries were hard as a rock. Step it up. Nobody likes to work but we all have too!

I ordered the #1 Sausage and Cheese Croissant with hash browns, milk andorange juice. Upon receiving myorder, the milk was missing, and oneof the Latina crew members took myjuice away because she couldn't understand a word I was saying! Ispecifically ordered that value mealwith milk and orange juice! I told amanager about it, and I received thedrinks! I had to pay extra for thatmilk! Burger King made a mistake inhiring Latina crew members who don'tdo their jobs correctly and don'tunderstand plain American English!If they cannot do their jobs right,they should be fired and be deportedback to Mexico where they belong!

I went through the drive-thru to get dinner for my husband .I wasn't feeling well enough to cook. I went to the drive through speaker she asked me what I wanted and I told her it was only a meal and a side of onion rings, then she said two cokes right and then I had to repeat the order. Then I get up to the window and she said two cokes with that right and I said no . Her and the other girl started laughing. Then she takes my card and started pressing all these numbers after taking my card acting like she was deleting it . I said to myself if I get hacked on my card I know where it was from. Then sure enough today there was 2 charges . One for the amount and one for $ 0.00 but charged. That's what hackers do before they hack your card. I got hacked on my credit card before someone charged it 32 times in one day and there were a lot of charges 0.00 . Just saying for everyone to watch for it . It's the holidays. I will be calling someone about this . There needs to be better supervision it's terrible
