I went back to this Burger King to see if the attitudes had changed regarding certain staff members who are there. And it's the same Burger King that I went to when Burger King was giving out the free Whoppers several weeks ago I went there showed them then the news article and everything, and they refused to honor the free Whopper advertisement and promotion from Burger King. It is the worst Burger King I have ever been to

We enjoy Burger King for our once in a while fast food cravings but this will probably be my last time. As I found a huge curly black hair in my burger. So disappointing.

We went thru drive thru. Got 2 for $5 and we didn't receive the correct sandwiches. It is clear they ha e no idea what they are doing, the girl taking orders is the ONLY PERSON there that can communicate with the customer&its hard for her to understand what's being told to her, probably bcuz she speaks very broken english. When I had addressed the grill worker that was handing out our food she shook her head no before I could finish my statement&she started pointing at the order taker. Nothing was fixed and ended up paying for an extra whopper plus the wrong 2 for $5 . The Fry's were cold they had no applesauce or soft serve ice cream cones is supposed to be included with their King Jr. Happy meals. Plus when the order taker would address us she refused to open the window so we could actually hear whatever it was shher better she would just barely crack the DT window open and had her faced smashed into the drive thru window and couldn't understand her. We will never go to this poor excuse of an establishment again!

Very rude workers, they don’t repeat your order and get upset when you ask them to. Sometimes they won’t even answer you on the speaker.
If you want your order to be correct or even mostly there please don't go here. Ordered 9 food items and only got 4 then was told all they could do was give a coupon for my next visit. Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off.
