They used to be a hard place to get into...famous fries, and a wide menu that was all pretty decent. Ownership changed, they often don't look up and greet you now when you walk in...the place is a ghost town at lunch time...with few options on Elm, and a huge # of people trying to eat, that's pretty telling...on the plus side, now there's no line. Still takes forever.

We usually do take out but we ate there this time. The food was under cooked, the cheese on our pizza wasn't even fully melted. I was very disappointed, as a kid growing up in Manchester Caesario's was my family's go to restaurant for pizza. Their fries and pizza were the best in city, I'm hoping this visit was a fluke and it will be better the next time.

This place used to be the go-to pizza place since the new ownership has taken over the service has become horrible when you wait two plus hours for two subs and fries then get attitude plus there prices are now ridiculous it is not the same there steak is a cheaper more gristle and fat the food is disgusting save your money and the case of intestinal distress but they will also be closed for an extended period of time maybe they can learn customer service skills and get back to what the place used to be I would rate them zero if I could nasty overpriced garbage for food and rude incompetent unprofessional staff you have lost me as.a.customer for ever I'll spend my three to four hundred a week at a restaurant.that had decent.food and service

Buffalo chicken sandwich w/ fries. $8.99 on the specials menu. Get charged $13. Two chicken tenders, not even a cutlet. Try to support local, but this makes it hard to justify.

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for dine-in. 30 minutes later (it was not busy), we got our pizza and it was completely uncooked. The inside was literally clear dough. Was in a rush, didn't have time to wait for another pizza. I'd never go here again. I'm sure people have gotten sick.

How the mighty has fallen. Used to be go to for French fries, Not any more. Seasoning still there but the fries were so greasy we tossed half a bag out. Pizza is not bad, Italian sub was really good.
Horrible! We ordered gyro and they didn’t even put Tzatziki sauce on it. Isn’t that the whole point? The beef wasn’t even cut up, it was just a patty slapped on the pita. I will never eat here again.

We've had ordered multiple times from here. Usually a few subs and a pizza - but we have had several strange instances.For delivery, we have had mixed experiences. On time, the delivery person forgot part of our order, go to check the car and instead left without saying anything. We called and asked for our missing sub - over an hour later we got the sub and the driver had a bad attitude and bickered with us about how many subs we ordered and paid for.For pickup, we've had them say they no longer have items on their menu that are basics, then ordered them on the website and picked them up that same day.Their food is good, but their service is spotty. I would deal with it but half the time it means we don't get our food.
