We come here usually once a month and they always serve good food. You know it's good food when you have Latinos cooking! Way better than the other burrito place a little down the road. And make sure to try the papusa!

Food is phenomenal but they skimp hard core on meat and guacamole (the stuff they charge extra for of course) the chick that cut the meat up pulled a whole piece of steak out and put half of it on the burrito. So I said put more steak on there. You think they pull out a whole 8-10 oz of steak out and chop it all up that they would use all of it instead of half of it. And then asked for guac and she put half a scoop of guac on, so I proceeded to say "don't guac block me put more on there" so I got charged and extra $3 for like 2oz of steak and an extra $2 for half a baby scoop of guac. So if you want phenomenal food and want an actual serving size worth expect to pay $20 for a burrito.

The food was good but the menu made zero sense and the fact that no one spoke english really infuriated me. I had to repente myself multiple times and the way they price thing I felt they were just adding items to the burrito to upcharge me. I asked for the reciept and the guy tried giving me a different one. All in all won't be back I give them 3 stars cause the service was fast the food cooked well. But the communication was brutal.
Tried this place for the first time last night, only got the carne asada fries. They were awesome. I think I found a new late night meal/snack.

Flavor and quality are great. Portion sizes when requesting toppings are stingy and served sloppily. I’ve been there a few times and there is the same man in the middle of the line who puts the toppings on with no care. He also gives customers strange looks and laughs at them. It’s just not hospitable and doesn’t make you want to go back.Be more generous and consistent with toppings and be nice to your customers. To be fair, the lady at the register who rang us up was very kind. The experience matters. Hope you guys can fix these things.

Tonight was my last straw with this location. Consistently skimp on toppings for your burrito. Constantly making mistakes. I have to say I want chicken 3 times instead of steak for my California burrito. They've even put steak inside a couple times regardless of me saying a chicken Cali burrito. I've ordered the chips and salsa and they didn't even put the salsa in the bag. This time they couldn't even give enough salsa for 5 chips. Understaffed to deal with the dinner rush. I've waited 30 minutes in line before aswell.

The food is always good however tonight… they were talking about my appearance and about my order in Spanish… I understand Spanish and every word they were saying. It was extremely disrespectful and made me extremely uncomfortable. The fact that they treat a paying customer this way is insane. I will never come back here again due to their customer service.
